"Su Li, I don't know where you got your fruit from, but I hope you won't sell it anymore."
He then recounted all of Li Fang's illness and her suspicions.
Su Li knew immediately that Su Jiaojiao must know this as well.
"I don't understand what you're saying. It's just selling fruit, right? But I'll think about it. If there's nothing else, you can go back now!"
Seeing that things had been explained clearly and knowing that Su Li didn't like them, Yuan Shuo didn't linger any longer.
After they left, Su Li's expression turned serious; the fruit and grain really couldn't be sold anymore.
The next morning, Li Fang went shopping with her parents. They were dazzled by the variety of things being sold on the streets and alleys of Beijing.
The three of them bought a lot of things, some for Li Liang and some for their relatives and friends.
On their way back, carrying large and small bags, they happened to see a group of people surrounding Su Jiaojiao.
"Hey girl, you were the one who started this. You teased our boss, and we weren't even done having our fun yet. Why are you in such a hurry to leave?"
Su Jiaojiao had only made a couple of teasing remarks because she thought the young man was good-looking.
Perhaps due to bad habits left over from her time at the nightclub, Su Jiaojiao only flirted with a decent-looking young man at the Beijing dock during an evening stroll. Little did she know that the young man was actually the leader of this group.
What was even more unexpected was that these people were criminals sitting on the other side of the dock, risking their lives.
She had just blurted out to that handsome young man that she had witnessed their dockside transactions.
If they're suddenly flirted with by a woman, they'll have to teach her a lesson.
Just as Su Jiaojiao was terrified and didn't know what to do, she saw a happy family of three walking towards her from a distance.
She cried out excitedly, "Uncle, save me! They are bad people!"
Yuan Shuo and his two companions never expected to run into Su Jiaojiao in this alley.
Seeing the menacing looks on the faces of those men, Li Fang grabbed her father's hand in fear.
"Dad, don't go."
She knew that Su Jiaojiao was a very wicked person, and that nothing good ever came of getting involved with her.

Seeing that Li Qin said this and Yuan Shuo had no intention of speaking, Su Jiaojiao became anxious.

She had to protect her daughter and leave; once they reached the intersection ahead, they could find someone to rescue Lao Yuan.
Li Qin grabbed her daughter and ran forward as fast as she could. When Yuan Shuo saw several burly men about to chase after them, he quickly went to stop them.
A burly man kicked him to the ground, and other burly men followed after him.
