As she spoke, she clapped her hands towards the baby; "Baby, did you miss Mommy? Mommy missed you so much."
"Ah...ah"
The little one responded to every word, and Su Li picked up the child and showered her with kisses.
"My sweet baby, I missed you so much."
The little guy chuckled.
Su Li was about to leave with the child in her arms when Gu Huanian chased after her from the room.
"Ah Li, let me take you! It's not safe for you to ride a bicycle with a child like this."
Without waiting for a reply, he pushed Su Li's bicycle onto his back, turned to her and said, "Get on quickly."
After some internal struggle, Su Li finally got on the bicycle.
They walked in silence. Gu Huanian delivered the baby home without saying much, and simply put the box back into the baby's hands.
"We agreed that if you didn't want it, you could just be a toy for the baby!"
Gu Huanian helped park the car in Su Li's yard, thinking that she probably wouldn't be able to do laundry today since she was taking care of the child.
He planned to finish these tasks before leaving, and just as he thought of this, he saw a young woman carrying a basin of clothes coming out of the bathroom.
Su Li also saw Liu Xiaocao. She stepped forward with the child in her arms and said, "Put these clothes back. I'll wash them myself later."
"Let me do it! Otherwise, I won't feel at ease eating and drinking here for free."
Gu Huanian: "........."
His job was stolen, so he chopped up the few remaining pieces of wood in the yard.
With nothing left to do after chopping the wood, he looked at Su Li with reluctance.

Su Li nodded; "Okay."
"Little baby, let me hold you."
The little guy smiled at Tang Yue so hard that drool was coming out of his mouth.
"Tang Yue, what do you think of our Gousheng?"
