Su Li couldn't care less about anything else now; Xie Feng outside was still calling for her to open the stone door.
She turned to Xiao Ying on her shoulder and asked, "If I bring those gems inside, will the space upgrade again?"
"No, these things alone won't be enough to upgrade the space again. I'll tell you when you've collected enough. For now, just put the things in."
Su Li didn't really want to upgrade anymore, since this space was already very powerful.
These things will become increasingly valuable in the future, and perhaps any one of them could fetch an astronomical price at auction.
"Xiao Ying, will these things be swallowed up by the space if we put them in?"
Xiao Ying shook its head; "No."
This bird is so human-like; Su Li doesn't think it's a normal bird at all. It's too smart; the products from this space are indeed extraordinary.
She stepped out of the space and put all the gems and other items in the small secret room into the space.
After checking the small secret room and making sure there was nothing there, she opened the stone door.
As she walked out, Xie Feng saw her come out and immediately peeked inside.
There was nothing inside, and he was momentarily taken aback.
"Inside, inside..."
"What happened inside?" Su Li asked with a half-smile.
"Nothing's wrong? Are you alright?"
"Stop with the nonsense, now tell me where the exit is!"
"Under the pool."
Su Li glanced at Xie Feng and thought he wouldn't joke about something like this.
Are you leaving or not?
Xie Feng smiled and shook his head; "You go first! I haven't taken the family heirlooms yet."
Su Li was too lazy to expose him. Xiao Ying said that some bad people were targeting her, and she was starting to suspect that it might be Xie Feng.
Or perhaps it's someone related to him.
"Are you sure you killed that python? Where is it now?"
Xie Feng rubbed his nose and pointed to the stone gate leaning against the pool.
"I didn't kill it; it must have been bitten to death by something."
Su Li saw two glowing luminous pearls next to the small stone door and bent down to pick them up.
The man in front of them didn't pick them up, probably because he had those two lights on!
Seeing her actions, Xie Feng didn't try to snatch it, since he had already taken the other items from the secret room.
Su Li walked directly to the stone gate by the pool, opened it, and then used the luminous pearl to illuminate it.
The water was covered in blood, but no python was seen.
However, Su Li could probably guess that it had probably sunk to the bottom of the water!
The water was just too dirty and had a strong smell of blood.
But she couldn't care less about that now.
Su Li jumped in and swam to the bottom.
An hour later, she emerged from the cave.
The place she came out of was not the same place she went into; she reappeared by a mountain stream.
As soon as Su Li swam ashore, she saw torches not far away and could faintly hear someone calling her name.
She quickly ran towards the crowd.
"I'm here."
Ever since Aunt Li said that Su Li hadn't returned by nightfall, the brigade leader gathered everyone in the village to come and search for her.
I've been searching for it until now.
They breathed a sigh of relief after seeing Su Li.
Seeing that Su Li was soaked to the bone and still shivering, Aunt Li quickly draped her coat over her shoulders.
The captain hurriedly took off his own clothes and draped them over his wife.
"Ah Li, did you fall into the water?"
Su Li nodded, "I got lost in the mountains and accidentally fell into the pool ahead."
“Su Zhiqing, next time you come up the mountain, you’d better have someone come with you. You have no idea how scared the whole village was tonight.”
Su Li apologized, "I'm sorry for taking up everyone's time. Thank you all for coming to see me today."
The captain glanced at Su Li and said, "Alright, it's good that we've found the person. Let's hurry back to the village. It wouldn't be good if we ran into some big bug."
The captain gave the order, and everyone headed down the mountain path.
After Xie Feng and Su Li left, they hurriedly entered the small secret room, but there was nothing inside.
He couldn't help but complain to the author, "Where's the treasure? Didn't you tell me to come and get the treasure? Now the door's open and there's nothing there."
Xie Feng roughly guessed that Su Li had taken it, but he was still furious.
"Su Li took the treasure. If you had asked her to open the stone gate sooner, you might have been able to get it back. But now there's nothing left."
"You knew perfectly well that she could take it, so why did you call me here?"
Upon seeing Xie Feng's words, Su Jiaojiao, who was sitting next to the computer, immediately threw the mouse in her hand.
He's an idiot himself, and now he's blaming her.
Seeing that the author wasn't saying anything, Xie Feng wandered around for a bit, but finding nothing, he left.
It was already past midnight when Su Li arrived home.
She took a shower and changed her clothes in the space, and then Su Li fell asleep on the bed in the space.
She slept until 10 a.m., when she was woken up by hunger.
After Su Li got up and washed up, she took the money and went to the brigade leader's house.
She plans to give the money to the brigade leader today, and then she will buy tickets.
She's leaving tomorrow, and I'm afraid she won't be coming back.
After arriving at the brigade leader's house, Su Li directly explained her purpose.
"Uncle, I'm going back tomorrow. I have some money left here, I'll give it to you directly."
"Su Li, I know you have your own things to do. But I need to make this clear to you here. This money is for road repairs, and I will absolutely not use a single penny for myself."
