To him, the beauty or ugliness of the twelfth dragon lady was irrelevant; what mattered was that he could use his status as the Dragon Palace's consort to gain access to the Dragon King's throne and leave this place. So, without hesitation, he replied, "My dear son-in-law, no objection!"
"In that case, Ao Ying, come here and lead your husband to his seat!" As the Dragon King's powerful and deep voice sounded, a graceful and beautiful woman with a pair of dragon horns about an inch long and sparkling with crystal light appeared. She took light lotus steps and slowly walked up from the bottom right side of the Dragon King's throne.
She approached Su Rui, reached out and grabbed him, and began to walk off the stage. It was only then that Su Rui realized with astonishment that, to the left and right of the Dragon King's throne, slightly lower than the vast platform, there were two small, narrow areas hidden. Sitting in these two areas were none other than the dragon sons and daughters who had previously surrounded the Dragon King, now transformed into humanoid forms, with dragon horns on their heads.
