Chapter 41 Killing Hebo

It was only after Su Rui asked the waiter that he found out that the place where the strange phenomenon occurred was actually the wild river where Shi Yi had conquered his "country".

When they reached the banks of the wild river, both banks were already filled with onlookers, mostly children. Since there weren't many entertainment activities, the locals really loved watching the fun, and since children didn't do any work, they could watch all day.

Although there are still a lot of duckweed in the wild river, it does not seem to hinder the "patrol" of the two-foot-long golden carp in the center of the wild river.

Aside from a red "hat" on its head, this carp's entire body is a dazzling golden color, gleaming in the sunlight and making it particularly eye-catching. It has a pair of round, ruby-like eyes and two long, golden whiskers like dragon whiskers. It's an auspicious creature at first glance.

Behind the big golden carp is an "army" of various freshwater fish, just like a king leading his subjects to inspect the country. The scene is very harmonious and interesting.

The people on the shore all admired the spirituality of the fish. Some even thought the fish was the incarnation of the Dragon King and knelt down to worship it secretly.

Su Rui originally planned to just take a look from a distance, but Wu Qianqian insisted on squeezing to the front, so he had no choice but to squeeze forward with Shi Yi, Zhao Zhuan and the other three.

When he reached the front row, Su Rui was very happy to see the big golden carp swimming towards him. He even wanted to follow the example of the child next to him and touch the intelligent big carp.

However, just as he squatted down, he suddenly felt someone pushing him hard from behind.

But Su Rui's internal strength had reached the sixth level. He stood there like a big tree with roots, and the people behind him could not push him.

Just as he was about to turn around to see who it was, Wu Qianqian next to him screamed. It turned out that someone pushed her into the wild river from behind.

This time, Su Rui saw the person who pushed them. It was a big-headed old man wearing a black robe. He was completely covered in the black robe, revealing only a pair of dark eyes.

The water where Wu Qianqian fell wasn't very deep, but something seemed to be entangled beneath the surface, dragging her away from the shore and into the deeper waters. The little bear in her arms also fell into the water with her, but it struggled to its feet, poking its head out of the water and swimming towards the direction where Wu Qianqian had sunk, calling out anxiously.

Seeing this, Su Rui, Shi Yi and others didn't even have time to blame the old man in black robe. They hurriedly jumped into the river and swam towards Wu Qianqian.

The big-headed old man in black robe saw Su Rui jump into the river and couldn't help showing a look of triumph. Then he also jumped into the river.

The people watching nearby screamed. Some thought that the old man had fallen into the water accidentally. Some even jumped into the water to rescue him. But for some reason, they jumped into the place where the old man fell into the water, but they did not find any trace of the big-headed old man.

Although Su Rui's swimming ability was not good, he swam quite fast. He quickly swam above Wu Qianqian, then took a deep breath and dived towards her.

In the muddy river water, Su Rui finally saw the culprit who dragged Wu Qianqian. It turned out to be a water monster that looked like a monkey but had a bald circle on its head!

It turned out to be a water monkey from folk legend!

When Su Rui saw it, he couldn't help but get furious. He directly activated the "Mori Golden Light Pupil" in the water, fixed his sight on the water monkey, and fixed it in the water.

At this time, Shi Yi also swam over, grabbed Wu Qianqian's hand and pulled it hard towards the surface of the water.

The water monkey was intimidated by the pressure in Su Rui's pupils, and its body became stiff. Naturally, it could no longer drag Wu Qianqian's heels, allowing Shi Yi to successfully pull Wu Qianqian out of the water.

Suri was about to kill the water monkey in the water to prevent it from harming people again. Unexpectedly, he heard a young girl's anxious voice: "The person Habaek wants to kill is you! Get ashore quickly!!"

Su Rui looked up and saw that it was the big golden carp.

Just as he was about to speak, he suddenly felt something strange in the water flow around him. Turning his head, he saw a big-headed snakehead fish that was probably six feet long rushing towards him with its ferocious mouth open.

"He Bo is here..." exclaimed the big golden carp.

Su Rui's heart trembled, and he hurriedly turned his gaze towards the big-headed black fish. Because he had entered the water so quickly, he had not removed the Hanjiang Sword from his back, so he could use it to fight the enemy.

Pulling out the Hanjiang Sword from his back, Su Rui raised the long sword and emitted a three-inch sword energy, without hesitation stabbing at the big-headed black fish, which had lost its agility but still maintained a terrifying attacking posture.

The Hanjiang Sword, which was blessed with sword energy, would be as easy to cut as tofu even if used to cut stone, not to mention that it was facing the flesh and blood of a black fish. As expected, the sword completely sank into the black fish's big head, leaving only the hilt in Su Rui's hand.

A large amount of blood gushed out, instantly dyeing the river red.

It was probably the pain of dying that stimulated the big-headed snakehead fish, freeing it from the pressure of the Maori Golden Light Pupil. Its body flashed with black light, slightly resisting the cutting of the Gengjin sword energy, and then it urged the water waves to escape the scene.

But Su Rui was unwilling to let it go, so he rode on its head, holding the hilt of the sword tightly, and was carried by it to move quickly under the muddy riverbed.

The other side.

Shi Yi successfully dragged Wu Qianqian to the shore. The little bear followed Wu Qianqian and swam to the water's edge. It grabbed the vines on the shore and looked vigilantly at the surging undercurrent underwater. It seemed to sense the huge danger in the water.

Zhao Zhuan and his daughter Zhao Qiong were unfamiliar with swimming and did not enter the water. They could only wait anxiously on the shore. When they saw Shi Yi dragging Wu Qianqian back, they hurriedly pulled the two and the bear pup onto the shore.
