Chapter 53
◎Come pick up my girlfriend◎
As Cheng Jiamo stepped out of the woods, she suddenly received a call from a number registered in Haicheng. He Qingzhao's long-lost voice came through the phone.
"Come here, to the birch forest."
It was low and deep, with a slightly hoarse tone if you listened closely.
Cheng Jiamo couldn't hold back anymore; her eyes stung and tears welled up. She didn't speak, afraid that speaking would reveal her emotions.
"Cheng Jiamo," He Qingzhao called her in a low, hoarse voice.
Cheng Jiamo remained silent; she was too sobbing to speak.
He Qingzhao sighed softly and chuckled in a low voice, "I miss you."
Cheng Jiamo turned and ran towards the birch forest, where she saw He Qingzhao sitting in the chair she had just been sitting in.
She stopped, didn't walk any further, and looked at him with her lips tightly pressed together.
He Qingzhao smiled at her: "Don't you recognize me?"
He still maintained that gentle and refined demeanor, his smile warm and scholarly, exuding the air of an elegant and composed noble young man.
Looking at his nonchalant demeanor, Cheng Jiamo suddenly felt like a clown, a pathetic clown.
She wanted to turn around and leave defiantly, but her feet seemed to be frozen in place, unable to move.
He Qingzhao stood up, put his hands in his pockets, and walked towards her with composure and elegance.
Only he knew that his hands, which were tucked into his pockets, were sweaty.
"Momo." He Qingzhao walked up to Cheng Jiamo, bowed slightly, and smiled gently, "Do you want to make up with me?"
Looking at his gentle and refined smile, Cheng Jiamo felt even more distressed.
She forced down the bitterness in her heart, tilted her head back, and smiled at him: "What if I said I didn't want to?"
He Qingzhao's heart clenched painfully, and he gritted his teeth to suppress his anger.
He withdrew his hand, discreetly wiping the sweat from his palms behind his back, before extending his hand to her and gently stroking her face: "Don't you like me anymore?"
Cheng Jiamo wanted to say she didn't like him anymore, but she couldn't bring herself to say it. She still liked him, liked He Qingzhao who was outwardly refined but inwardly cold-hearted.
She couldn't speak, so she turned her face away to avoid his gaze, afraid that he would notice.
He Qingzhao reached out and hooked her waist, pulling her into his arms: "What should I do? I still like you."
The moment Cheng Jiamo was pulled into his arms, tears streamed down her face like a burst dam, and soon her tears soaked He Qingzhao's shirt.
He Qingzhao's white shirt, which was wet today, clung to his chest, revealing his sexy, bulging pectoral muscles.
Cheng Jiamo opened her mouth and bit his chest, her pearly teeth gently rubbing against his flesh.
A low, hoarse groan came from above, followed by a deep, husky laugh that was both seductive and alluring.
He Qingzhao gently stroked her head: "Baby, bite hard, bite into my heart, bite the tip of my heart and never let go."
Cheng Jiamo blushed at his words, released her mouth, lifted her head from his embrace, and looked at him with watery, charming eyes.
He Qingzhao felt a tightness in his chest, as if she had really bitten the very tip of his heart, a ticklish sensation that spread from his heart to his whole body, tingling into his bones and blood.
He could no longer restrain himself. He gripped the back of her neck with his large hand, lowered his head and kissed her lips fiercely and intensely, as if he wanted to devour her. He sucked and rubbed her tender lips, his tongue probing into her mouth and stirring it like a storm.
Cheng Jiamo tilted her head back, enduring his harshness.
She was so overwhelmed by his kisses that she could hardly breathe, and she pushed him away by pressing her hands against his chest.
He Qingzhao stepped back, a hint of crimson flashing in his sharp phoenix eyes, his chest heaving violently, his breathing heavy.
Cheng Jiamo was breathing even harder than him, her body trembling from the effort.
He Qingzhao cupped her face in one hand, his desire no longer concealed, his gaze dark and intense, surging with suppressed emotion.
Cheng Jiamo's heart pounded as she looked into his deep, abyss-like eyes. She gently pushed him and said, "I should go back to my dorm."
He Qingzhao felt extremely sorry for her when he saw her thin, petite, and delicate appearance.
He picked her up, supporting her hips with one hand, and easily held her in his arms, even lifting her up a little.
"You've gotten so thin, are you deliberately trying to make me feel bad?"
Cheng Jiamo sat on his arm, wrapped her arms around his neck, and nestled against his shoulder like a little bird, saying in a coquettish tone, "You won't feel sorry for me."
He Qingzhao looked at her pink and tender petal lips, her fair and delicate nose, and her fair and tender face that had lost its baby fat due to extreme weight loss. Every part of her could easily arouse the most primal desire in his body, a kind of crazy physiological liking.
She was like a curse specially prepared for him by the Creator; once he touched her, he became addicted.
When he didn't see her, he missed her terribly and couldn't sleep all night. Now that he saw her, he missed her even more. He wanted to kiss her, bite her, keep her by his side, and make love to her wildly until she cried.
He Qingzhao's breathing became heavy as he thought about it. His eyes darkened, and he turned his head to bite her lips. He raised his hand to cover her eyes and kissed her almost obsessively, kissing her pink and moist lips and her fair and slender neck.
Cheng Jiamo was about to cry, sobbing as she pushed his hand away: "Stop kissing me, I have class this afternoon."
He Qingzhao released her hand, lifted his head from the crook of her neck, and asked in a low, husky voice, "Which classes are in the afternoon?"
Cheng Jiamo touched the side of her neck: "You didn't leave any marks, did you?"
He Qingzhao glanced at it; it was there, very clear, very ambiguous, but he said without blushing or skipping a beat, "No."
Cheng Jiamo believed him when he said no.
"Two classes in the afternoon."
He Qingzhao: "What time do you get out of school this afternoon? I'll come pick you up."
Cheng Jiamo lowered her eyes: "Don't come to pick me up, I don't want to go to your place."
After saying that, she pushed him, saying, "Put me down."
He Qingzhao didn't let go, but instead hugged her with his other arm.
Cheng Jiamo compromised: "He Qingzhao, let me think about it some more. I'll give you an answer in a week."
He Qingzhao chuckled: "What reply?"
Cheng Jiamo pursed her lips tightly: "..."
He Qingzhao put her down and touched her face: "Go on, I'll pick you up after 3 p.m.
His tone was uncompromising, gentle yet forceful.
Cheng Jiamo: "...Since you know my dismissal time, why did you ask?"
He Qingzhao smiled and said, "I respect you."
Cheng Jiamo glanced at the time; if she didn't hurry back, she would miss the first class in the afternoon.
She turned around and waved goodbye with a hint of reluctance: "I'm leaving."
He Qingzhao grabbed her, kissed her lips deeply, and then let go of her and let her leave.
-
Afraid of being late, Cheng Jiamo ran back to her dormitory as fast as she could, until she was out of breath.
As soon as she returned to the dormitory, Ding Qiaoqiao and the other two surrounded her.
Ding Qiaoqiao looked at the ambiguous hickeys on her neck and clicked her tongue twice: "Momo, not bad, you've already confirmed your relationship so quickly."
Cheng Jiamo took a sip of water: "What kind of relationship are you talking about?"
Ding Qiaoqiao pointed to her neck: "They've already kissed, what kind of relationship do you think they have?"
Cheng Jiamo hurriedly stood in front of the full-length mirror and saw the clear, ambiguous red mark on her neck. Her cheeks immediately turned red, and her face burned as if on fire.
She covered her neck with her hand and coughed, "It has nothing to do with Song Tianyou. I just had a meal with him."
Xia Mei asked curiously, "Who kissed him?"
Cheng Jiamo remained silent, standing in front of the desk flipping through books, pretending to be very busy.
Ding Qiaoqiao asked in surprise, "Your ex-boyfriend came to see you?"
Cheng Jiamo nodded.
Ding Qiaoqiao: "You two got back together?"
Cheng Jiamo: Not yet.
She didn't want to say much, so she quickly took out the books she needed for the afternoon class and then took a scarf from the cabinet and wrapped it around her neck.
Just after the second period ended in the afternoon, before Cheng Jiamo had even left the classroom, she received a call from He Qingzhao.
She answered the phone and whispered, "I just finished class."
He Qingzhao: "Yes, I'm here."
Just as Cheng Jiamo was about to speak, she suddenly heard a loud "Wow!" She looked up and saw He Qingzhao standing at the classroom door.
Wherever he appears, he is always the center of attention. Not to mention just an ordinary campus, even within his own circle, he is the most eye-catching one.
What's more, he had dressed up specially today, looking very artistic, in a black woolen overcoat, with a plaid scarf and a pair of retro-style gold-rimmed glasses. He was refined, elegant, and unrestrained, like a talented scholar from the Republic of China era who had stepped out of a book.
The classroom erupted in chaos. Everyone, regardless of gender, turned to look at him, and after he did, many people lowered their heads and discussed the matter.
"How can there be such a handsome man?"
"Not only is he handsome, but he also has a great presence. Haven't you noticed? He has a particularly charming aristocratic air about him."
"Is she a teacher from which college?"
"It can't be a teacher, there's no such thing as a teacher that handsome, he must be a celebrity."
"Which celebrity is it? I've never seen them on TV before."
Amidst the chatter of the group, He Qingzhao smiled, put away his phone, knocked on the door, and asked in a gentlemanly and refined manner, "May I come into the classroom?"
The class monitor hurriedly stood up, even more respectful than when he saw the principal, and loudly replied, "Please come in!"
He Qingzhao smiled and nodded: "Thank you."
He walked into the classroom, strode up to Cheng Jiamo, and looked at her with a smile: "I'm not late, am I?"
Cheng Jiamo blushed and asked, "What are you doing in the classroom?"
He Qingzhao smiled and playfully pinched her nose: "I'm here to pick up my girlfriend."
[Author's Note]
The story is sweet in the beginning because Lao He saved Momo, and Momo was always grateful to Lao He in the early stages.
The later stages have more acidic and astringent components, resulting in stronger pulling.
Lao He truly repented after losing his sight in the car accident.
