Today's update
I was busy with a physical examination for a whole day, including a gastroscopy and color ultrasound, and the results showed that there were some problems with my liver and stomach.
I always thought I was very strong, but now I find a lot of hidden dangers. I feel a little restless and need an evening to calm down. I will write at least three updates tomorrow.
