Chapter 446. No different from a family.

Zhu Qianying watched the father and son play ball for a while with great interest from the edge of the terrace. Then she turned around, went back to her room, brushed her teeth, went downstairs, and opened the refrigerator in the kitchen. She found it was full of ingredients, all of which were things the father and son liked to eat.

Zhu Qianying took out the milk first, intending to have a cup of hot milk before preparing breakfast. When she closed the refrigerator door, she noticed a note stuck on it.

One look at the handwriting and you know it's Yan Shao's.

Although the little guy knows many characters, the characters he writes are crooked and messy.

"Ying'er, Zizai and I are going for a walk on the beach. If you wake up, come find us. Don't worry about breakfast; the property management will send someone over to make it."

Zhu Qianying heated up the milk and drank it, but in the end, she didn't go out to look for them. Instead, she stayed in the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the father and son.

Thinking that the father and son would play for at least half an hour, Zhu Qianying was not in a hurry. She leisurely lingered in the kitchen, and also marinated and washed some of the ingredients for lunch.

When she finished making breakfast and brought it out, she saw the father and son, both wearing vests and shorts, enter the house hand in hand, sweating profusely. Both of them had long sweatpants and jackets draped over their shoulders.

The little guy sniffed a few times like a dog, then happily addressed Zhu Qianying as she walked out of the dining room.

"Wow, it smells so good! Mommy, did you make breakfast?"

"Yeah, I'm too lazy to go out and exercise, so I made breakfast for you guys. Go take a shower and come down for breakfast."

Zhu Qianying walked over, took the sweaty clothes from the father and son, bent down, and kissed her son's sweaty forehead.

"The nanny can make breakfast. We're here on vacation, so we should act like we're on vacation."

Yan Shao was actually similar to Zizai; upon hearing that Zhu Qianying had made breakfast, he couldn't help but spit out a few mouthfuls of saliva.

But it was true that he couldn't bear to see Zhu Qianying suffer.

"Making breakfast is a vacation for me too!" Zhu Qianying smiled nonchalantly, took the father and son's dirty clothes into the bathroom, and threw them into the washing machine.

Yan Shao took Zizai upstairs to take a bath. Zhu Qianying laid out the breakfast one by one. She couldn't help but wonder how her relationship with Yan Shao was any different from that of a family.

Soon, the father and son, both dressed neatly with their hair still dripping wet, rushed into the dining room like the wind.

But once they started eating, the father and son's demeanor changed completely.

Zizai picked up the bowl and drank more than half of the corn soup in one gulp, then tilted his little face up and smiled contentedly at Zhu Qianying, "Delicious!"

In contrast, Yan Shao was also holding a bowl, but he was drinking it sip by sip. His refined and calm demeanor was completely different from Zizai's, with one being active and the other quiet.

Zhu Qianying sighed inwardly. Even though the father and son had the same face and similar genes, it was obvious at a glance that they had grown up in different environments.

Look at Young Master Yan, he truly exudes the air of a noble young master in every gesture.

On the other hand, my own precious son is like a starving ghost that has been hungry for eight hundred years, to put it bluntly, he's a rough and uncouth man.

While Zhu Qianying was sighing, her precious son had already finished the remaining half bowl of corn soup, let out a satisfied burp, and looked at Zhu Qianying with a smile, patting his slightly bulging little belly.

"Mommy, shall we go for a walk later?"

"Okay, go ahead!"

Zhu Qianying had already finished a bowl of corn soup, so she had no grounds to criticize her son for eating and drinking at such a rapid pace.

Come to think of it, it was her own influence on her son. Although she didn't think there was anything wrong with it, having someone as composed as Young Master Yan sitting to the side as a foil was still a little unsettling!

However, she didn't seem to mind this before.

Why are you bothered by it now?

Forget it, never mind. Anyway, she and her son have been eating like this for a long time, and it seems that no one has ever expressed any objection or protest.

Since there is no objection, it means that everyone has no objection to it.

"Young Master Yan, isn't there a seafood market not far from here?"

While making breakfast, Zhu Qianying casually picked up a sales brochure for Wanghaiju. In it, she saw that there was a seafood free market in a small fishing village a few kilometers away from the villa area, where you could buy a lot of fresh seafood caught by fishermen every day.

"Yes, you want to go?"

Zhu Qianying asked the question because she wanted to go, but she still had to respect Zizai's opinion.

"Honey, do you want to go?"

Zizai blinked, thought for a moment, and asked, "Could I ask Nannan to come along?"

It seems that the little guy's suggestion to go for a walk was also intended to invite Qin Xiu's two children to go together.

To put it simply, I just want to play with other kids.

"I'll ask Aunt Shan."

Zhu Qianying put down her bowl, and before she could get up, Yan Shao had already picked up his own phone, pressed the speed dial button, and handed it to her.

Zhu Qianying answered the phone, and Qin Xiu's voice, trembling with tears, came through the phone, "Sir, you wouldn't be so heartless as to make me work overtime on Sunday, would you?"

It seems that Qin Xiu has been so tired of Yan Shao's calls informing him to work overtime lately that he's developed a psychological aversion to it.

"Brother Qin, it's me! We're thinking of going to the seafood market after breakfast, do you want to come along?"

Qin Xiu on the other end of the phone let out a long sigh of relief.

"Shadow, you scared me half to death! Next time you call me, just use your own phone. This number of mine makes me nervous just looking at it!"

Zhu Qianying chuckled and glanced at Yan Shao with her eyelids raised.

Meanwhile, the wicked boss being accused was still leisurely eating scallion pancakes. Because she had eaten too much greasy food last night, Zhu Qianying's breakfast was relatively light and mainly vegetarian.

"Don't laugh. If I find out I'm talking bad about you behind your back, I'm dead!"

Before Zhu Qianying could make any promises, Yan Shao, who was holding half a pancake, raised his eyelids and looked at Zhu Qianying, saying coolly.

"Tell him I already know, he's dead!"

Zhu Qianying silently cursed in her heart. Could it be that this young master Yan, besides his mind-reading ability, also has the ability to eavesdrop?

She wasn't sitting too close to him, so logically he shouldn't have been able to hear what Qin Xiu was saying on the phone.

But how come he seemed to have heard every single word?

Qin Xiu had obviously heard Yan Shao's words as well, and cursed, "Shadow, serving a king is like serving a tiger, you'd better be careful!"

Zhu Qianying glanced at Yan Shao again and replied with a smile, "I understand, thank you for reminding me, Brother Qin."

"Okay, wait a minute, I'll give the phone to Shan, you can talk to her. But the thought of having to see that guy's face on Sunday is really annoying!"
