The sound of horses' hooves rang out, and Mu Shen's eyes lit up: "Girl, you've finally come..."
"..." Mo Qingcheng was speechless, feeling utterly frustrated. "Uncle... your luck is just unbelievable..."
"Waaah, little girl, they bullied me..." Mu Shenyi was moved to tears.
The group of kidnappers smashed their wine bowls, their eyes gleaming as they stared intently at Mo Qingcheng.
Mo Qingcheng's lips twitched. She wasn't the prey; the green lights were disgusting.
The leader was a bearded man with a scar near his eye, looking extremely ferocious. He carried a large knife, and behind him were five or six burly men of varying clothing and builds.
The burly man glanced at Mo Qingcheng with disdain and laughed loudly: "Little wench, you're the niece that old man was talking about?"
"Brother, who cares if she is or isn't? If we say she is, then she is."
"Haha, boss, the second-in-command is right. This little wench is quite pretty. Let's arrest her first."
"Boss, sell her to Huichunlou, she should fetch five taels of silver."
"Damn, only five taels? Not selling!"
"Brother, isn't this on the way?"
"Ha ha!"
Mo Qingcheng rolled her eyes. "Show some respect, will you? Gossiping in front of me, the instructor, where's your face?"
"Little wench, scared out of your wits? Hurry up and come over here, serve me well, and maybe I'll make you my bandit queen?" A weasel-faced guy stared at Mo Qingcheng lewdly and licked his lips.
Mo Qingcheng chuckled: "How pathetic. It's bad enough that you're so unattractive, but to go around scaring people like this is just wrong of you. Your mom's calling you home for dinner..."
"You...you little wench, you're asking for it!"
"Pah! Everyone, attack together!"
A group of bandits rushed up, raising their broadswords and slashing at Mo Qingcheng.
Mo Qingcheng, mounted on her horse, glanced down at them and said, "A bunch of trash!"
Mu Shenyi's lips twitched: "Girl, sell them..."
"Sold? Who would want this kind of stuff?" Mo Qingcheng laughed heartily.
The bandits' expressions changed drastically; the harm was minimal, but the insult was extremely strong.
"Damn little wench, let's see if you're still so stubborn in a bit?"
The blade had no eyes, and in the blink of an eye it was right in front of her. Mo Qingcheng leaped into the air, her horse neighing and charging wildly.
The two bandits instantly fell to the ground, howling in pain.
Mo Qingcheng's lips curled into a cold smile. With a wave of her hand, a packet of medicine powder spilled out: "This young lady is giving you a big gift. You're welcome..."
Mu Shenyi laughed loudly: "Girl, come save me!"
Mo Qingcheng flashed forward, arriving in front of him. With a flash of cold light, the ropes snapped.
Mu Shenyi's face lit up with joy: "Girl, I'll never run away again..."
"Pfft!" Mo Qingcheng almost choked on her foot with a mouthful of blood. She glared at Mu Shenyi with a strong warning.
Behind me came a series of thuds, like dumplings being dropped into boiling water, as people collapsed.
The bandits wailed in agony, their voices hoarse, unable to utter a word. The excruciating pain was driving them mad; how could there be such a vicious little wench?
Mo Qingcheng checked and found that Mu Shenyi was not injured, so she was relieved.
"Girl, what should we do with these people?"
“Just a bunch of rabble, but… I’d probably be happy to sell them to the madam of Huichunlou… hehe…” Mo Qingcheng raised an eyebrow, gave a wicked smile, and with a flick of her wrist, a long rope appeared in her hand.
The bandits were startled. What did this mean? Huichunlou?
No! They're men...
Waaah... Someone please save me...
