Chapter 18 The Wild Boar That Came to Your Door

Xiaoshan looked at Tang Youyou, the admiration in his eyes was too obvious.

"Mom, you are so domineering!"

"Xiaoshan, remember this: I won't offend anyone unless they offend me. But I must make sure others know that you're not someone to be trifled with. If someone offends me, I'll make them regret it."

Xiaoshan nodded: "Mom, what you mean is that if someone hits me, I can hit back?"

Tang Youyou scratched his nose: "Of course, but fighting can only satisfy you temporarily. A smart person will first hold back and then seize the thing that the other person cares about most and destroy it with one blow. Isn't that more satisfying than fighting?"

Xiaoshan understood: "Mom, I understand. I will learn to be a smart person in the future!"

"My son is so smart!"

"Mom, I like you like this. I'm so afraid that when I wake up, you'll be back to your old self."

Tang Youyou was startled, then smiled bitterly and touched the top of his head.

"Silly children, mother will never change back. I will make sure you have enough to eat. You have suffered so much in the past."

"As long as the family is together, Xiaoshan doesn't feel any hardship."

The mother and son were still muttering to each other, unaware that danger was approaching.

[Ding! Wild boar spotted, fifty coins per pound!]

Tang Youyou was shocked. Wild boar? Where is it?

He pulled the hill over and protected him behind him, completely forgetting his own great strength.

"Mom, what's wrong?" Xiaoshan was confused.

Looking around, Tang Youyou was thirty meters away from them, and two wild boars, one big and one small, were staring at them closely.

Tang Youyou understood that it was the sound of the falling tree that attracted the wild boar. She slapped her forehead fiercely, thinking that she had divine power and there was nothing to be afraid of.

During the confrontation between the two sides, the eyes of the two wild boars were bloodshot and drool was dripping from their mouths.

Tang Youyou's eyes were also bloodshot, but she was happy. She seemed to see braised pork, crispy pork, sweet and sour pork, steamed pork with rice flour, braised spareribs, pig's trotter and soybean soup...

Xiaoshan also saw it and grabbed her hand tightly: "Mom, this is a wild boar, let's run!"

Tang Youyou handed him the backpack and pushed him: "Hurry up the tree!"

At the same time, two wild boars rushed towards this side with grunts.

Xiaoshan was very anxious and climbed up with the basket on his back.

"Mom, come up quickly, I'll pull you up!"

"Stay still, we have meat to eat today!"

Xiaoshan's eyes widened as he saw his mother actually pick up the tree and roared, "Little bastards, today I will send you to hell!"

Her eyes flashed, and she swung the tree, causing the wind to whistle.

With a loud "bang", the tree fell heavily on the wild boar. The wild boar was knocked to the ground by the huge impact force, howling and struggling on the ground for a few times before it became motionless.

Seeing this, the other smaller wild boar stopped, turned around and ran away.

"Oh! Still want to run? No way!"

He threw the big tree in his hand directly over. The little wild boar staggered and almost fell, then suddenly turned around and ran in another direction.

However, it was too late, because Tang Youyou had already noticed its movements, picked up a huge rock with her bare hands, and threw it over, which happened to hit the wild boar's hind legs.

The wild boar screamed "Yiya, yaiya" in a very sharp voice.

Tang Youyou only felt that the sound was very pleasant. She closed her eyes and kicked the wild boar, and it suddenly became motionless.

Only then did she open her eyes, look at the bloody scene, collapse on the ground, and vomit continuously.

Oh my God, who would have thought that she, a female corporate executive who had never even killed a chicken, would kill two wild boars with her bare hands on the third day after she traveled through time.

Who would believe it if I told them? It's so horrifying.

Xiaoshan slid down from the tree and ran straight to Tang Youyou: "Mom? Are you okay?"

Xiaoshan was almost crying in anxiety. Looking at the blood stains on her trouser legs, he thought she was injured.

Tang Youyou shook her head: "Mom is fine, let's go! We have meat to eat!"

Then, he hurried down the mountain with a wild boar in each hand.

As he walked, he thought to himself that he couldn't always think about the past. This was not his previous life. Things like this might happen frequently in the future. After all, it would be a waste of his energy if he didn't use it.

On the way down the mountain, we met many villagers, and everyone had different reactions.

"Oh my God! Widow Tang, this...this..." A woman's jaw almost dropped in shock.

"Mom, Widow Tang, when did you become so strong?"

A man sighed. The two wild boars weighed at least 300 kilograms in total. The man had to lift them. Why did Widow Tang carry them like they were chickens? She couldn't help but shiver.

There were even those who mocked: "Hey! Widow Tang, what kind of luck do you have?"

"Tsk! Maybe he stole it from Hunter Zhou."

The hunter Zhou mentioned by the woman also lived at the foot of the mountain, but in another direction.

"No, this is what my mother hunted, don't talk nonsense!" Xiaoshan was filled with righteous indignation.

A sly glint flashed in the woman's eyes. "Oh! You're so eager to refute me, could it be that what I said is true?"

Xiaoshan was so anxious that he kept jumping up and down. Tang Youyou sighed. After all, he was still a child and couldn't keep his composure.

Patting his shoulder, he said, "Son, watch carefully!"

He looked at the woman, grinned, threw the two wild boars down, and stared at the woman with a smile, naturally not missing the greed in her eyes.

"Zhou Zhaodi, you said I stole someone's wild boar. Do you have any evidence?"

The woman scoffed inwardly. Has Widow Tang really changed as others say? A taciturn and nagging bully actually dared to argue with her?

"These two pigs are the evidence. Why don't you admit it?"

"Why should I admit it? Whoever doubts it must provide evidence!"

The woman was speechless for a moment, then a light bulb went off in her head, and she suddenly started to shout, "Oh? I see. No wonder you're so self-righteous. You must have been in league with Hunter Zhou to insist you hunted it yourself."

As soon as these words came out, the eyes of the people around her looked at her differently. Some were envious, some were contemptuous, some were suspicious, and some were greedy.

"Oh my God, could this be true?"

"Mrs. Wang said she was having an affair with a man, but she had proof of that. Could that man be Hunter Zhou?"

"Hunter Zhou is really willing to spend this much! This wild boar is worth a lot of silver."

"Don't talk nonsense. If Tang wanted to hook up with a man, why would she wait five years? Don't ruin his innocence!"

"I didn't realize this Tang Shi was capable of so much. Who said she was stupid? What kind of idiot would think of hooking up with a guy?"

"Ah! It's hard for her too, with so many mouths to feed at home."

"Bah! No matter how difficult it is, you can't do this kind of thing. You'll be thrown into a pig cage."

"Don't talk nonsense. I don't think Tang is that kind of person."

There was constant discussion, and Tang Youyou's eyes moved among the crowd with a faint smile.

He stepped forward, grabbed Zhou Zhaodi's neck, and lifted her up, letting her struggle.

"Ah! Murder, murder..." a woman screamed.
