Chapter 282 Arriving in Garnar after a tireless journey day and night.
The Blue Fruit caravan arrived at the royal city in less than three days after setting off.
The white-feathered birds that travel with the caravan are all skilled at long-distance flight and have excellent endurance. The caravan members split into two groups. When night fell, one group remained in their elven form, while the other group transformed into flower fairy slaves. The fairies, having traveled all night, will switch to their flower fairy slave forms, eat to fill their stomachs, and then snuggle into the soft braids of their companions or lie on the broad backs of white-feathered birds to rest until they are awakened at nightfall, at which point they will transform again to take over for their companions.
Even though flying only during the day would tire the white-feathered birds, the Blue Fruit Caravan would not stop there. If a white-feathered bird got tired, the caravan members responsible for traveling during the day would transform into elves and let the white-feathered bird land on their shoulders to rest and eat. As for themselves, they would continue on their way with the white-feathered bird.
Traveling tirelessly day and night, the Blue Fruit caravan returned to its hometown as quickly as possible.
Although they came from the royal city, their purpose in traveling as merchants was no different from that of other caravans. They were also there to exchange for essential medicines, food, and weapons. Because of the drought that had struck again, they also had the important task of obtaining precious water on this trip.
Therefore, after filling all the space stones they had brought with them, the Blue Fruit Caravan couldn't wait to set off to return home. The idea of a flower fairy living in a sea of flowers is both fairytale-like and reasonable, but it's the first time Shu Xin has ever seen a completely natural sea of flowers.
Unlike the uniform, neat, and orderly artificial flower fields she always remembered, the flower field before her was not so beautiful or dreamlike. Different kinds and colors of flowers were blooming everywhere in a wild, explosive manner.

The vibrant and romantic wildflowers stunned Shu Xin, leaving her wide-eyed and unable to recover for a long time. The members of the Blue Fruit Caravan, however, were used to it. They quickly determined their direction and quietly continued flying.
Shu Xin quickly followed, and when she got closer, she found that the flower bushes, which looked vibrant from afar, were actually in poor condition. The leaves were withered and dry, the flowers were yellow and wrinkled, and there was a thick layer of dried petals and leaves on the ground.

The flower bushes growing in the residential area looked to be in better condition than those in the wild. The ground was also clean and free of dead branches and fallen leaves. This was probably because the flower fairies had cleaned up the withered leaves and petals in time. When Shu Xin flew over with the Blue Fruit Caravan, she saw two flower fairies working together to carry a large, withered yellow leaf away.
Upon seeing the Blue Fruit caravan, the two flower fairies cried out in surprise. However, realizing what was happening, they stopped tidying up the withered leaves, threw them on the ground, and pounced over to help the lead caravan leader.
The next second, many flower fairies flew out of the nearby houses. Several of them turned around and went back, bringing out bowls of medicinal soup from the houses.
The medicinal soup probably didn't taste very good. Every member of the caravan looked miserable after drinking a bowl of it. The leader, who had been flying at the front, even had to drink two bowls. She looked like she was about to lose her mind. Shu Xin watched from afar and felt both sad and amused.
After drinking the medicinal soup, the team leader did not stay to sort out the gains from this business trip with his relatives and friends, but left alone. Shu Xin noticed that the team leader was flying towards the Tree of Life, so she followed him again. She also wanted to check on the condition of the Tree of Life in the royal city.
Upon arriving at the Tree of Life, before Shu Xin could even marvel at its immense size and beauty, she saw the team leader pull a slightly transparent green leaf from his pocket—a replica of the Key of Life inscribed with the Flower Fairy's declaration!
Shu Xin suddenly tensed up. She had no idea whether the copied Key of Life would work. This was the Tree of Life of Garnar City!
The team leader, however, was not nervous at all. With trust and reverence for the flower fairy, she carefully placed the translucent green leaf on a drooping flower branch.
