I've been adjusting my sleep schedule lately because I was staying up too late too often, which caused severe heart palpitations. Once, I even had difficulty breathing—I was gasping for air but couldn't get any oxygen at all. It was really scary. Thankfully, I recovered quickly, otherwise I really think I would have died suddenly...
So I started trying to go to bed early and wake up early, and then I found that I had very little free time after get off work!
Because I type slowly and need to look up various information along the way, I used to stay up until 2 or 3 or even 4 in the morning. But if I want to sleep before 12 or 11 or even 10, my time is cut in half!
Especially since I also play video games for entertainment, help! There's just not enough time...
My current plan is to find a less demanding job and cut back on some leisure time. I'll definitely continue writing, but staying up late is out of the question; I want to live long enough to collect my pension. TvT
