Suddenly, the flying demon let out a deafening roar, and then a thick stream of venom shot towards General Liu's face.
General Liu hurriedly erected a spiritual energy shield, but because the battle had dragged on for so long, his spiritual energy was already depleted. The flying demon let out a shrill scream as its body plummeted from mid-air like a kite with a broken string, crashing heavily to the ground and kicking up a cloud of dust.
The cultivators below were astonished to see that the demon that had left so many of them helpless had been severely injured by that handsome young man in a single blow.
They all looked up at Si Mingye, their eyes filled with awe and gratitude.
General Liu lay on the ground, barely alive. He saw that the flying demon had been dealt with by this man in one move, and finally felt relieved, then fainted.
Upon seeing this, Chu Wanwan immediately went to General Liu's side, took out a life-extending pill from her spatial storage and fed it to him. Then she went to the demon's side, converted the flying demon's demonic power into spiritual power, and absorbed it all.
General Liu slowly woke up after being fed a pill by Chu Wanwan.
