"I see you have a lot of guns and ammunition here. Are you soldiers? When we entered the city, we saw a large number of human and beast corpses in the suburbs. Was that your doing?"
Chu Wanwan looked at a weapon display case behind Yang Hao and asked curiously.
The weapons there were quite varied, including pistols, rifles, sniper rifles, and even a few machine guns and some grenades—all of which appeared to be firearms that only the military could possess.
"There are a large number of human and beast corpses in the suburbs?"
Liu Xin asked in surprise.
"Mm!" Chu Wanwan nodded.

"Okay! But don't call me a fairy. My name is Chu Wanwan. You can call me by my name or just call me Wanwan!"
Chu Wanwan looked at Liu Xin's reserved appearance and said with a smile.
"No! No! You are a deity, I must respect you. How about I call you God Chu? That way I can express respect without being impersonal." After careful consideration, Liu Xin replied respectfully.
"Whatever you want!" Chu Wanwan said helplessly, then looked at the sky and said, "Yang Hao, take us to the nearest military camp and we'll get some weapons."
Chu Wanwan reasoned that since the alien beasts' bodies weren't particularly strong, then heavily armored vehicles and tanks used by the military should be highly effective against them. Furthermore, using such vehicles in cities or the wilderness should be quite safe, at least preventing the alien beasts from penetrating their defenses.
“Okay! I’ll go with you!” As soon as Yang Hao finished speaking, Chu Wanwan looked at Si Mingye, “You’re taking him?”
"Hmm!" Si Mingye responded, walked to the window expressionlessly, then summoned his black sword and stepped onto it first.
Yang Hao looked at the black sword, which was the size of a normal longsword, and then looked downstairs. Suddenly, his legs felt weak.
"Um, Si Shen, this sword... it's so small, how are we going to stand on it?" Yang Hao asked in horror, looking at the black sword at Si Mingye's feet. He simply couldn't imagine how such an ordinary-looking longsword could support their weight, let alone allow them to fly.
"If you don't dare to go up, then find someone else!" Si Mingye's voice was cold and devoid of any emotion. He stood firmly on the black sword, as if it were not just a sword, but a solid platform.
Yang Hao looked at Liu Xin, Dr. Chen, and the others as if pleading for help. When they saw Yang Hao looking over, they all looked away. Some looked at the sky, some looked at the ground, and some pretended to organize their equipment, but no one looked at him.
They're scared too!
Seeing this, Yang Hao smiled bitterly to himself. He understood that in this situation, no one could help him; he could only muster his own courage. He took a deep breath, trying to calm his fear, then gritted his teeth and walked step by step towards Si Mingye.
"I...I'll go!" Yang Hao's voice trembled slightly, but he still stepped firmly onto the black sword.
"Um... Si Shen, I have never seen a man as handsome as you, nor have I ever seen a woman as beautiful and charming as Chu Shen!"
Yang Hao looked down at the sky while pinching Si Mingye's black clothes with his fingers. He really wanted to hug Si Mingye's waist, but he didn't dare.
That man is terrifying. He's thinking that if he flatters him, the man will treat him better. He doesn't need to be super nice; he just doesn't need to kill him.
