Chapter 374 Robbery of the Armory (Part 1)

The remaining large number of soldiers hid in the mountains, waiting for a signal.

Si Mingye and Chu Wanwan led their stealth soldiers to lie in ambush near the armory, waiting for the best opportunity to strike.

The armory was surrounded by a two-meter-high barbed wire fence covered with rusty spikes. In addition, searchlights constantly swept the surroundings, exposing every movement in the darkness to the light of day.

At the entrance to the armory, the Japanese army also set up machine gun bunkers, with dark gun muzzles pointing outwards, so that any enemy who tried to approach would be fatally shot.

Si Mingye observed all of this, secretly making plans in his mind.

He knew that even with Chu Wanwan's invisibility talisman, breaking through these layers of defenses silently would still require extremely high skill and meticulous coordination.

He whispered to Chu Wanwan and the soldiers around him, "Remember, our objective is to eliminate the guards silently, trying not to trigger any alarms. Once the operation begins, speed and precision are crucial, understand?"

The soldiers nodded in unison, their faces filled with determination and resolve.

At Si Mingye's command, the stealth soldiers began their operation. Like ghosts, they approached the Japanese lines silently.

The two-meter-high barbed wire wall looked particularly menacing in the night, each barbed wire gleaming coldly, like rows of sharp fangs, waiting to tear apart any enemy who dared to approach.

Si Mingye and his team were well-prepared, having brought out specially made pliers and scissors, which were specifically prepared to deal with the Japanese army's barbed wire.

Their movements were swift and precise; they gripped the wire with pliers and, with a gentle snip, cut it silently. To avoid detection, some soldiers held the broken wire in place, making it appear as if it hadn't been damaged…

Because the soldiers were all in stealth mode, the searchlights did not detect their movements.

As the last barbed wire was cut, a gap appeared in the barbed wire fence. The stealthy soldiers slipped through the gap silently, like ghosts, their movements light and swift, making no sound.

Si Mingye and Chu Wanwan waved their hands, and the soldiers scattered in all directions, short blades in hand. The Japanese soldiers patrolling outside were completely unaware of anything amiss; they continued their patrols according to their established routes and frequencies, oblivious to the danger that had quietly descended upon them.
