Seeing the scene in the room, Zhu'er knew she was doomed. But she couldn't bring Mu Rou'er to her senses, not even if it meant death.
So all they can do is desperately try to argue their way out of trouble.

Sheng Lingtian became even angrier when he heard Zhu'er still slandering the Chu family. He kicked the maid in the chest, and the maid almost fainted from the kick...
