"It was her! She was the one who beat us!"
Xu Yuelian's hair was disheveled, her face was covered with tears, and she pointed at Gu Nan with such force that her fingers were shaking, crying sadly, "Officer, you must seek justice for us."
Behind Xu Yuelian stood two uniformed police officers, holding notebooks and credentials in their hands. The intricate golden patterns on their shoulders seemed out of place in the gloomy, dilapidated building.
They showed Gu Nan their ID and said in a businesslike manner, "We have received a report that you are suspected of assaulting three members of the Qi family. Please cooperate with our investigation."
"Hello, officer. I will fully cooperate, but hitting someone is a bit outrageous." Gu Nan opened the door and invited the person in without blushing or breathing heavily. "With my small body, who can I beat?"
The younger police officer said, "Where is Qi Yan?"
Qi Yan, who was washing dishes in the kitchen, came out with a confused look on his face.
The police officer sat down and opened his notebook to take notes. "Your parents and brother accused Gu Nan of beating them. What do you say?"

So Qi Yan lifted up his clothes to expose his back. His shoulders and back were covered with crisscrossing wounds from sticks, red and blue. There was even a large dark purple scar on the back of his neck, which was shocking.
Xu Yuelian sensed something was wrong, "Officer, why are you filming him? It was that little bitch who beat us up. If you want to film someone, film me."
"She even broke Lao Qi's legs. This is a crime. She must be arrested and severely punished!"
The police officer said calmly, "What's the point of causing trouble? Qi Feng's leg was broken by someone on the street. We've already investigated that."

Gu Nan turned around and went home. Qi Yan had washed the dishes and was sitting on the carpet unpacking the express box. It was a black holographic helmet sent from Victor Star.
"Why is the color of your helmet different?" Gu Nan was curious and took out a helmet from the bedroom. Hers was white.
"I don't know, the colors should be random." Qi Yan fiddled with his helmet. "I heard that 'The Realm of No Self' is very fun. Do you want to play with me?"
Gu Nan said that he would never play this crappy game again, but the gaming experience was really good. He hadn't been online for two days and suddenly felt a little itchy.
"Together."
The two put on helmets and entered the game together.
"Dear Pioneer Baby Pumpkin: Welcome back. I'm your AI assistant, Bailing."
A pleasant female electronic voice sounded, and Gu Nan raised his eyebrows in surprise. This artificial intelligence assistant was not there last time, but it was automatically upgraded and put online after not being used for two days?
