Chapter 91: The Vermilion Mole on the Heart

Chapter 91: The Vermilion Mole on the Heart

He was soaked to the skin, and as soon as he stood at the door, a puddle of water formed at his feet.

He stood there for a while, waiting for the heat on his body to subside, then walked barefoot to the closet and found clean clothes to change into.

There was a large area of wet floor. He went to the balcony in the dark to get a mop to clean the water stains, then threw the wet clothes into the washing machine to wash them together with Gu Nan's clothes tomorrow morning.

Gu Nan came out of the shower with a dizzy head, his cheeks flushed, and his exposed skin was faintly pink.

She sank headfirst into the pillow, squinting her eyes and gasping for breath, not wanting to move anymore.

There was a thin layer of sweat on his temples, and he looked lazy and soft, not like he had just taken a shower, but like he had just done some exercise.

Lin Jingchun stuck close to her, gently kissed away the sweat on her forehead, then moved down along her eyebrows, kissing her intermittently.

Gu Nan didn't want to move. She just lay down like a soft ball of water and let him kiss her. Occasionally she would hum in response, and she was very perfunctory and lazy.

Lin Jingchun kissed here and touched there, having a lot of fun alone, until he caught a glimpse of Gu Nan's sleepy eyes and bit her shoulder in dissatisfaction.

Gu Nan suddenly woke up and touched his head, "Puppy."

Lin Jingchun raised her head and bit Gu Nan's chin again, mumbling, "Sister, there's a mole on your chest."

The palm moved up, and through the clothes, the rough fingertips touched Gu Nan's left chest.

"Here, there is a cinnabar mole."

It is the size of a sesame seed, reddish-brown in color, and usually hidden under her clothes and cannot be seen, but when she is aroused, it becomes particularly beautiful and attractive.

Gu Nan narrowed his eyes, his voice lazy and sexy, "Yes, the cinnabar mole on the heart."

Lin Jingchun stared at her lazy and sexy look, her slender neck slightly tilted back, two shallow kiss marks on her fair skin, like a bunch of flower branches covered with broken snow, silently tempting him to continue picking.

His Adam's apple moved, and he lowered his head to place a kiss on the mole, and asked softly, "Who is it?"

Gu Nan curled his lower lip, the curvature was not obvious, but under Lin Jingchun's slightly weak questioning, he seemed full of evil and vicious.

She lifted his chin, and her dark eyes were no longer as pure as when they first met. They were filled with affection, so dense that people wanted to drown in them and bully him cruelly at the same time.

Gu Nan deliberately asked: "Guess?"

Lin Jingchun knew she was going to tease him again. To prevent her from saying anything hurtful, he angrily blocked her lips and said, "It's me."

There was a hint of anger and a bit of gnashing of teeth.

She always liked to tease him about these issues, as if seeing him sad and crying could make her feel satisfied.

He was dissatisfied with her repeated ambiguity and pressed her, "Is it me? Sister, is it me?"

Gu Nan was bitten and felt pain, and quickly said: "It's you, of course it's you, who else could it be but you."

The puppy has grown into a big dog, and its bite hurts so much. It’s all because she taught me so well.

He would be gone for about half a month, and he was reluctant to leave, but he also wanted to do something urgently. He was very excited the whole night, his whole body was burning, and his breathing was more scorching than usual.

Gu Nan was held in his arms, and his back felt like it was being pressed by a branding iron. He had just taken a shower and his body was covered in sweat, making it hot and sticky.

The noise lasted too long that night, and when Gu Nan woke up the next day, there was no one sitting next to him.

When she walked out of the room, she saw washed clothes hanging on the balcony, steamed dumplings and custard buns warming in the kitchen steamer, and large portions of meat and vegetables fried in the refrigerator, wrapped in plastic wrap and divided into several bowls, enough for her and Lin Jingzhe to eat for two days.

Just like he usually did when he went to work at the restaurant, he finished the chores at home in advance so that she and Lin Jingzhe could relax and concentrate for the whole day.

The difference was that she got up late today and couldn't see him off.

Lin Jingzhe heard the sound and walked out of the room. Seeing Gu Nan standing in front of the refrigerator in a daze, he said, "Sister, breakfast is in the steamer."

"Okay." Gu Nan closed the refrigerator and asked, "When did your brother leave? Why didn't he call me?"

"My brother left at six o'clock. He said it was too early and asked me not to call you."

Lin Jingzhe glanced at her subtly. Her lips were obviously redder and more swollen than a few days ago, and there was a shallow red mark on her collarbone. It was not obvious, but he would not be so stupid as to think that it was a mosquito bite.

The house has poor sound insulation. He plays games and goes to bed late at night, so he can always hear noises coming from the master bedroom late at night, especially last night, when there were still voices talking very late at night.

As an adult man and woman living together, he knows what that means.

He tossed and turned in bed, unable to sleep. The more he tried to calm his mind, the clearer he heard.

The sounds of talking, laughing, and breathing were endless.

Gu Nan felt a little sorry. It was the first time they had been apart for such a long time since they met, and he was a little uncomfortable.

Lin Jingzhe looked at Gu Nan, who was sitting at the dining table, daydreaming and slowly eating breakfast, and said softly, "Sister, I want to read a book. Can I go to your room and get a book?"

Gu Nan didn't think much about it and agreed immediately, "It's on the bedside, take whatever you want to see."

I pushed open the door and found that the room was a bit stuffy because the windows had not been opened for ventilation after sleeping there for a night, but the smell was not bad. The quilt on the bed was messy and not folded, but miraculously, the sheets were very flat, with only inconspicuous indentations.

He walked to the bed and picked up the top collection of essays, glancing into the trash can as he left.

There was very little garbage, just a few wads of tissue paper, and no packaging bags or anything like that.

After a pause, he went to the bathroom again.

Neither do I.

He stood at the door, his face a little dull and his thoughts confused.

After a slight hesitation, he finally opened the drawer of the bedside table without giving up.

It felt like a huge stone suddenly fell on his heart, so heavy that it made his breathing disordered and his heartbeat soared.

An extremely absurd emotion spread in his heart, making his expression look half-smiling and half-doubting, which was extremely funny.

So strange.

What are they doing.

Brother, he...

Complex emotions intertwined in my heart, and finally turned into a light sigh that sounded like a mockery and a laugh.

He picked up another book, left the room, and closed the door that held so many secrets.

"Sister, which of these two books is better?" Lin Jingzhe placed the two books in front of Gu Nan.

Gu Nan pointed at the book she bought and said, "Your brother said this one is good."

Lin Jingzhe picked up the book that Gu Nan pointed at and curled his eyes. "Then I'll read this one too."

He flipped through it casually and found a bookmark on one of the pages.

When I opened it, it was Shen Congwen's "To Zhang Zhaohe".

The snow-white pages were printed with neat lead type, but the left page only had one sentence printed on it:

We love each other for a lifetime, but life is still too short.

Someone wrote two names below with a black marker.

Gu Nansheng, Lin Jingchun.

The middle is connected by a very elementary school student's love heart.

He recognized that it was Lin Jingchun's handwriting. His handwriting was not very beautiful, it could only be considered neat, but every stroke and every turn of these characters seemed to have been written with great strength and patience, as if he had practiced calligraphy.

He seemed to see Lin Jingchun lying on the bed, a smile on his lips, carefully writing the two names stroke by stroke.

Lin Jingzhe rubbed the paper unconsciously, "Have you read this book, sister?"
