The servants of the palace started to get busy early in the morning. After breakfast, the two butterflies took a carriage to go to the academy. King Xiaoyao sent his daughter to the door, then returned to the dining table and started to eat.
After eating two bowls of plain noodles, a plate of steamed dumplings, and two scallion pancakes, he drank a bowl of strong tea.
He glanced at the empty bowl and chopsticks in front of him and asked, "Where is the princess?"
"To reply to Your Majesty, the princess hasn't woken up yet."
King Xiaoyao stood up and rinsed his mouth, "Let's go take a look."
The door to Princess Zhou's courtyard was tightly closed. Prince Xiaoyao knocked on the door and said, "Princess, please come out for dinner."
The people inside turned a deaf ear to him. King Xiaoyao waved his hand, and two strong maids used their shoulders to push the door open.
Princess Zhou inside let out a shrill scream, "No one is allowed to come in, no one is allowed to come in, they are going to cause trouble for me."

King Xiaoyao didn't believe it. The princess ate a lot and worked little every day. Now she refused to go out. She probably had something to hide.

Aunt Tang told the story in detail about how Princess Zhou invited the Taoist priest and how she entered the harem to show off her power. After hearing this, Prince Xiaoyao felt dizzy and covered his chest, spitting out a mouthful of blood.
"Your Highness, Your Highness, please take care of yourself. You are the pillar of our palace. You cannot fall down."

Aunt Tang had never seen King Xiaoyao look so heartbroken.
She was so panicked that she couldn't say anything to comfort him. She started crying, biting her handkerchief.

When Princess Zhou heard that the prince wanted to divorce her, she jumped up with disheveled hair and rushed to King Xiaoyao.

"You don't need to divorce me, but you can come with me into the palace."
Princess Zhou clung to the pillar tightly and said, "No, I won't go even if you kill me."

Princess Zhou is unreasonable. She won't listen to you even if you try to persuade her with kind words. You have to be even more unreasonable than her.

"I will not force you. Did the princess come to the palace to apologize voluntarily?"

When Princess Zhou heard the word death, her heart shuddered suddenly. She knelt on the cold floor. Outside was a group of guards with swords. Gu Yinwei's aura was too strong for her to help but lower her head deeply.
"Husband and wife are one. If the princess makes a mistake, the prince is also responsible. The queen mother will punish her as she sees fit."
"Your Highness, this is too serious. You are the Emperor's biological father, and the Princess is his mother. How should we decide on this matter? We should wait until the Emperor recovers."
"In that case, I will take the princess out of the palace first."
Princess Zhou felt relieved. As long as the Queen Mother didn't pursue the matter, she felt relieved.

"The prince can leave, but the princess cannot."
"Why?"
"The princess must stay in the Buddhist temple and pray for the emperor."
"This... the prince is worried that the princess won't be able to get used to the food in the palace."
