Before something happened in their family, she often went out with her parents on snowy winter days to eat beef noodles at an old restaurant that had been open for more than 30 years.
Soft and tender beef and springy and delicate noodles are the best pairing. Soaked in the fragrant beef broth and garnished with green chopped green onions and coriander, it is simply amazing.
