Chapter 425: Speak Freely
The two days I spent here passed without any results.
Perhaps the vendors felt that this was not a good thing to continue, so one day they took the initiative to come to Qin Xiangnuan and said that they could go out and sell their goods.
"You don't have to force yourself." Qin Xiangnuan could see that they were still a little nervous, so she asked them to sit down and not leave in a hurry.
"Third Miss, please don't laugh at us."
Qin Xiangnuan frowned, "How could that be? After all, you have never experienced anything like this before. It's not easy for you to be able to do this."
"Thank you for your understanding, Miss Three."
Qin Xiangnuan shook her head slightly. She was moved by the trust these people had in her.
"If you still feel it's unsafe here, let's set off today and go further," Qin Xiangnuan asked. "Is that okay?"
After hearing this, the vendors stared at Qin Xiangnuan, and then looked at each other.
Although they didn't reply, Qin Xiangnuan understood and immediately made up her mind.
"Then go back and pack your things, we will set off immediately."
Then they set off, and when they reached the carriage, their pace slowed down noticeably.
Li Yuran and Qin Xiangnuan walked in front. After they got on the car and looked back, they found that everyone was standing there in a daze. The eldest brother of the Li family followed at the end with a helpless look on his face.
Qin Xiangnuan was stunned for a moment, then got off the carriage.
When they saw Qin Xiangnuan coming over, they were a little afraid to look her in the eye, "Third Miss, let's go up now."
"Let's leave in the afternoon." Qin Xiangnuan stretched out her hand to stop him, "I forgot that the carriage is still under repair."
Hearing this, they all breathed a sigh of relief. Although they would still have to sit in the carriage in the end, it seemed that this little bit of free time could help them gather up some courage.
"Third Miss, leave this rough work to us." The vendors thought about making it more secure so that no one else could get in.
"No need, just leave it to me." Qin Xiangnuan smiled, "You don't know how to defend yourself, so just go and rest."
What Qin Xiangnuan said made sense, so they pulled the carriage back and left. The eldest brother of the Li family followed behind them to protect their safety.
After everyone left, Li Yuran, who had been about to speak, came over.
"Nuannuan, isn't the carriage repaired?" It was Li Yuran who helped Qin Xiangnuan repair it.
It was then that Li Yu Ran discovered that this carriage was different from ordinary ones. After being repaired by Qin Xiangnuan, it could even be said to be invulnerable to swords and guns. Li Yu Ran could not think of what else could be modified.
"Just now I suddenly thought of one more thing that can be changed." Qin Xiangnuan turned to Li Yuran and said, "Yuran, you go up too. I'm enough."
Li Yuran realized that Qin Xiangnuan didn't want her to stay here, so she left with doubts.
Qin Xiangnuan checked to see if there was anyone around before stepping into the carriage. When she came out, she had some reflective objects in her hands.
Qin Xiangnuan removed the doors and windows of the carriage and reinstalled some things that no one else had ever seen.
"Little sister, what are you thinking about? Why are you so engrossed?" The eldest brother of the Li family happened to be out for a walk and saw Li Yuran walking forward with her head down.
"Brother?" Li Yuran stopped his slow pace, raised his head, opened his mouth and then closed it again.
"Nothing." Li Yuran said.
The obvious look of worry on his face made the eldest brother of the Li family raise his eyebrows, "Don't hide things, I won't be so harsh on you anymore."
"Brother, you think too much." Li Yu Ran smiled. Ever since she cried miserably that day, the eldest brother of the Li family has been more cautious and overly doting when treating her.
The eldest brother of the Li family stared at her and found that the smile on her face did not seem fake, so he nodded, but still gave her a warning.
"When you walk next time, you must look straight ahead, so you don't fall."
Li Yuran nodded in agreement. She had remembered the lesson from last time, so she walked slowly.
Seeing Li Yuran's reaction, the eldest brother of the Li family nodded with satisfaction, then leaned back and said, "You're here. Is Miss Qin working alone?"
"Nuannuan asked me to come up." Li Yuran said.
The eldest brother of the Li family looked at her disapprovingly and was about to walk down.
Li Yuran blocked him. Qin Xiangnuan obviously didn't want anyone else to get involved, so naturally she couldn't let the eldest brother of the Li family go down.
But the eldest brother of the Li family also insisted on helping Qin Xiangnuan, and Li Yuran noticed something unusual from this.
"Brother, you seem to treat Nuannuan differently?" Li Yuran narrowed his eyes and carefully felt the expression of the eldest brother of the Li family.
However, only her eldest brother showed calmness on his face. After hearing her words, he looked as if he didn't understand what she was talking about.
Li Yuran blinked. Her elder brother was still the same elder brother. He didn't understand feelings and didn't have any feelings for Qin Xiangnuan.
"Forget it." Li Yu Ran muttered, and then continued to stop her elder brother from going down.
"Just listen to me, big brother." Li Yuran pulled her big brother back to the room and put him on a stool. "We'll wait here."
The vendors looked at them in confusion. Li Yu Ran smiled at them without further explanation.
After everyone gathered together, the vendors inevitably mentioned what happened that day. They asked the eldest brother of the Li family how many people were outside that day.
The eldest brother of the Li family knew their courage and said "three" after careful consideration, but the actual number was more than ten.
"That third girl is really amazing. She dealt with all three of them... by herself." The vendor hesitated for a moment about the word 'death', but at that moment he glanced towards the door warily, then continued in a low voice.
The eldest brother of the Li family nodded with a mysterious smile. They had never expected Qin Xiangnuan to be so powerful.
At this point in the conversation, the vendors suddenly became very interested and asked the eldest brother of the Li family many questions about fighting.
Li Yu Ran looked at them at this moment, but he could not see any panic in their eyes, as if they were not the ones who were too scared to get on the carriage before.
Li Yu Ran became more and more confused during the whole process, and the vendors were visibly getting bolder.
"Thinking about it now, I really shouldn't have done that. How could I have let the Third Miss face all that alone that day?"
"You're right. Although we are unarmed, one more person can help us resist a little more. Maybe the third lady won't get hurt."
The eldest brother of the Li family did not comment on their lofty ambitions.
"I think if we encounter something like this in the future, we should still listen to Nuannuan." Li Yuran interrupted them during their increasingly outrageous speeches.
Attracted their attention.
Li Yuran's face was serious at this time. He looked into their eyes and said, "If we go out, not only will we be unable to help, but we will also become a burden to Nuannuan."
After hearing this, they were naturally a little dissatisfied.
