Chapter 141: Trouble

"Young Master, why do you have to speak so harshly? Just take the young golden python and follow us!" Protector Li also joined in.
"What if we don't go?" Chen Xinli refused.
"Then don't blame us for being rude. If the young master is hurt, it's his own fault." After the ghost protector finished speaking, his tongue forked out of his mouth and swung up and down. The skin on his wrinkled face actually peeled off with a crackling sound. When the skin on his cheeks was exposed, there were actually snake scales inside.
But in a moment, a face covered with scales stared at Chen Xinli with a ferocious look, and he turned into a monster with a human head and a snake body.
The tongue in the monster's mouth was churning, and the disgusting smell made Shen Xinli frown instantly.

By the evening, they finally reached a village. Little Jiangqi had gone from being excited at the beginning to being listless.
But why is there no one in this village?
