Gu Wei blinked, then quickly bent down to pick up the wooden hairpin that Xie Ling dropped, looking apologetic.
"I'm sorry, Aling, I didn't mean it."
Xie Ling folded her arms and sat down, pointing the back of her head at him, "Re-dress it for me yourself."
Gu Wei gritted his teeth and said, "Okay."
Then he wrapped Xie Ling's long hair around his hands, but after wrapping it more than ten times, it was still loose, which made Gu Wei so anxious that he was sweating profusely.
Xie Ling took out a medical book from the space and read it leisurely.
It was unknown how long it took before Gu Wei successfully tied Xie Ling's hair up on top of his head.
Xie Ling's hair color is naturally light, and it turns light brown in the sun.
Gu Wei made a huge bun with some loose hair around it. At first glance, it looked like a rooster's comb on his head.
Xie Ling didn't worry about her hairstyle. After twisting it twice and finding that it wouldn't fall apart, she stood up and said, "Okay, let's go and practice martial arts."
Gu Wei looked at the "weight" on Xie Ling's head and was obviously very satisfied with his work. He followed Xie Ling and kept saying, "A Ling, I will help you tie your hair from now on, okay? Please."
Xie Ling crossed her arms, annoyed by the noise, and nodded randomly.
In the days that followed, Xie Ling deeply regretted the decision she had made.
It was Gu Wei who caused her to have a big afro for a month.
The two came to an empty courtyard, and Gu Wei taught Xie Ling the basic skills of martial arts.
Xie Ling nodded and started to do horse stance obediently.
But after she had been doing the treatment for just five minutes, Gu Wei felt distressed.
"That's enough, that's enough. I won't practice anymore. I'll practice tomorrow."
Xie Ling's eyes widened. "Is this all right?"
Gu Wei nodded, "That's enough, trust me."
If Gu Wei's subordinates were here, they would definitely call him hypocritical.
When training soldiers in the military camp in the past, Gu Wei asked the soldiers to do horse stance, but it took at least two hours.
That's what he said at the time.
"If you can't even stand in horse stance for two hours, what can you do? When I was young, I stood in horse stance from morning to night. If I moved, I couldn't eat for the whole day. Stand in horse stance! Those who disobey my order will be punished by military law!"
At this moment, Xie Ling had only been with him for a few minutes, but he felt so distressed. He was afraid that Xie Ling would be in pain and couldn't bear it, so he treated her like a porcelain doll.
Xie Ling frowned, "Gu Wei, it's only been a few minutes, you underestimate me. Go over there, don't disturb me, I will practice by myself."
Gu Wei was reluctant to go over, so he had to stand aside and practice horse stance with her.
After an hour, beads of sweat appeared on Xie Ling's forehead and her legs were trembling slightly.
Gu Wei remained as steady as a pine tree, as if nothing had happened.
He found that Xie Ling couldn't stand it, so he immediately turned his head and said in a deep voice: "A Ling, no more practice, practice tomorrow."
Xie Ling shook her head, her eyes clear.
"No, I have my own plan. Two hours on the first day. Four hours on the second day. Practicing martial arts is like studying medicine. It requires a lot of energy and concentration. A sword is sharpened by grinding, and the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from the bitter cold. You must not waste it. Don't shake me."
Gu Wei was deeply shocked after hearing what Xie Ling said.
He had never seen such a strong woman.
Not to mention women, even men, few have her perseverance!
He felt sorry for Xie Ling, but this was actually an insult and contempt to Xie Ling.
Because Xie Ling is a tenacious green pine and a pure plum blossom in the cold winter.
The green pine bears the frost, and the clear plum blossoms alone.
Xie Ling will never stop her plan because of anyone.
Gu Wei stood aside and started practicing sword as well.
This sword was something he had randomly found in the Jiaozhou military camp. It was just an ordinary iron sword, but in his hand, it was as sharp as the ancient purple lightning and blue frost. When the wind blew past it, there was a crisp whimpering sound.
One sword froze fourteen states.
It was not until the sun set that Xie Ling withdrew her legs.
She fell down immediately, her legs shaking and she couldn't stand steadily.
Gu Wei hurried over.
Xie Ling waved her hand, signaling him not to come over, and she kneaded and massaged her muscles, and gave them a few more injections to relieve the pain.
Seeing Gu Wei's distressed look, Xie Ling was stunned and stopped what she was doing.
He said in a cold voice: "Gu Wei, I am not a weak weed. I am a weed that crawled out from a cliff. I can endure any hardship. Don't look at me like that. This horse stance today is just the slightest pain in my life."
Gu Wei nodded, half-knelt on the ground, pulled Xie Ling's legs into his arms, and kneaded them carefully.
Look up with sincere eyes.
"A Ling, you are the most powerful and tenacious woman I have ever met. I have never underestimated you. But in my eyes, you are just a treasure who needs to be carefully cared for."
Xie Ling looked a little uncomfortable, "I'm not a child, you can only say these sweet words all day long."
As he said this, he tried to retract his legs.
But Gu Wei's arms were as hard as iron barrels, and Xie Ling couldn't move at all.
Gu Wei covered his eyes with his long eyelashes and responded in a gentle voice: "I have been practicing martial arts since I was a child. I have the most experience with these injuries after martial arts. Don't move, leave it to me."
Gu Wei's big palm was warm and powerful, and quite comfortable, so Xie Ling let him massage her legs.
——
When Xie Ling woke up the next day, she was met with a pair of sparkling peach blossom eyes.
Gu Wei held a comb in his left hand and a wooden hairpin in his right hand, his eyes curved, and his smile was as gentle as the spring breeze. "My lady, you've woken up. It's time to comb your hair."
Xie Ling:.......
Before she could say anything, Gu Wei sat down next to her, bringing with him a refreshing and pleasant scent of snow and bamboo. When he raised his hand, his snow-white sleeves hit her face, cool and gentle.
Gu Wei first combed her long hair smoothly, and then began to tie it up gently and carefully.
She was very careful with her movements, fearing that if she combed too hard it would hurt Xie Ling.
