Chapter 120 Gale

Yelü Yan temporarily put these matters out of his mind and began to drink with everyone in the tent. He seemed to have long since become arrogant and did not take the enemy army seriously at all. He even frequently urged his subordinates and generals to drink, without being afraid that they would get drunk.

It was already past midnight when the banquet ended. The generals were not too drunk, and they walked out of the central command tent in groups, scattering to their respective tents.

Liuli and Li Molin were the last to come out. Liuli carried the drowsy Ahua. As soon as she came out of the tent, she glared at Li Molin. She was about to walk angrily into her own tent when suddenly a strong wind swept in from the west. The wind made many tents creak and sway, almost lifting them off the ground. Many soldiers woke up from their sleep and came out in fear to see what was happening.

A sudden gust of wind arose, and Li Molin pulled Liuli behind him to shield her from the sand and dust blown by the wind. He keenly sensed a trace of barely perceptible demonic energy in the gale, an energy containing overwhelming domineering power, faintly reminiscent of the blood of Chi You.

The gale raged for nearly a quarter of an hour before gradually subsiding. As soon as the gale had weakened, Li Molin soared into the sky and gazed westward. He saw dark clouds obscuring the sun on the western horizon, and even from a great distance, he could feel the overwhelming demonic energy there.

Yu Ke then flew to Li Molin's side, watched for a while, and then hesitated and said, "Could it be that our clan's demonic artifact has been born?"

Li Molin nodded and smiled, "That should be it."

Before Li Molin could finish speaking, Liuli had already flown up. She looked westward and exclaimed in surprise, "Is it the birth of a demonic artifact? Where is it? Where is it? I want to go there to play! This military camp is so boring!"

Li Molin turned to look at her, shook his head and smiled, "I don't know yet. You should go to sleep. We should have news tomorrow."

"Alright," Liuli replied, yawning loudly, and flew directly to her tent.

Wolf Yuan on the ground looked up for a while, then thoughtfully looked away and walked back to his tent with his hands behind his back.

After watching for a while, Li Molin and Yu Ke also went back to their tents to rest.

--

The next day, Liuli was awakened by the familiar sound of soldiers drilling. She frowned unhappily, pulled the blanket over her head, and wanted to sleep a little longer, but an untimely voice clearly came over and said, "Liuli, get up!"

Liuli muttered a few unhappily, completely ignoring the voice.

The voice paused for a moment, then rose again, saying, "Liuli, get up quickly! We're going on a long trip!"

Liuli turned over, which made Ahua, who was sleeping soundly in her arms, stir and meow unhappily.

"Liuli?" The voice grew closer. Li Molin lifted the tent flap and entered. Seeing Liuli covered and motionless, he shook his head helplessly. After thinking for a moment, he crossed his arms and said leisurely, "I just received news that a demonic artifact has indeed appeared. The location is the Gobi Desert in western Central Plains. Do you want to go? If you are going, get up quickly. I'll count to three. If you don't get up, I'll leave immediately, and you can play around in the military camp by yourself!"

"one……"

Li Molin had barely finished counting when Liuli threw off the covers and sat up. She picked up Ahua, quickly got out of bed, put on her shoes, and said excitedly, "Ahua, we're going to the Gobi Desert to play!"

"Meow." Ahua, held in Liuli's arms, frowned sleepily and responded lazily.

Liuli rushed up to Li Molin, tilted her little face up, and said with a happy laugh, "Let's go to the Gobi Desert!"

Li Molin looked down at her with amusement. Her thin white shirt was wrinkled, and her hair was messy. His heart softened little by little. He reached out and smoothed her hair, and said gently, "Okay, let's go."
