Ignoring the crowd's attack on Shi Chan, Li Molin looked at the lotus platform where Liuli sat and asked with a smile, "Is this the treasure you snatched? It should be a Buddhist treasure, right?"
"Hmm," Liuli responded indifferently, without even glancing at him.
Li Molin's eyes darkened, and after a moment of silence, he continued, "On my way here, I heard from the Demon Feather Bird that you did a lot of great things down the mountain, forcing the Buddhist sect to become cowards and not dare to go out."
Liuli glanced at him and casually said, "Not bad."
Li Molin shook his head and said gently, "Liuli, the Buddhist sect in the Central Plains has been developing for thousands of years and its power is deeply rooted. It is understandable that you want revenge. But your rashness is too dangerous. If you want to destroy the entire Buddhist sect, you need to proceed slowly."
Liuli frowned, her face full of displeasure, but she was unwilling to say more. She simply nodded and said, "I understand."
Li Molin smiled gently and said softly, "Liuli, don't rush to take revenge. I will help you."
Liuli was stunned for a moment, filled with doubt and unease. She hesitated and asked, "Why are you helping me? Do you also have a grudge against the Buddhist sects of the Central Plains?"
Li Molin sighed helplessly. Twenty years had passed, and her wariness of him remained so strong; she had absolutely no trust in him. He had tried to warm Liuli's heart for over twenty years, but he couldn't...
Li Molin's gaze slowly hardened, and he let his love warm her even more, until it was warm enough to awaken all the beautiful feelings in her heart and make her become the Liuli he brought from the Fox Plains again.
His gaze was gentle as he said softly, "Liuli, your hatred is my hatred, Li Molin's hatred. Ever since I brought you out of Fox Plains, your affairs have been my affairs. Your joy is my joy, your sorrow is my sorrow. I, Li Molin, am willing to live only for you."
Liuli was stunned. She couldn't quite understand what could have made Li Molin say such a thing. What was he after?
The better Li Molin treated her, the more uneasy she became. In her understanding after her rebirth, there was no such thing as a selfless act of giving, nor was there any selfless act of giving without expecting anything in return.
After thinking for a while, Liuli, her eyes full of wariness, said in an indifferent tone, "Thank you for your kindness, young master, but you need not worry. I, Liuli, will settle the blood feud of my fox clan myself."
Li Molin sighed helplessly and said, "I've told you many times, don't call me Young Master anymore. Just call me Li Molin as before."
Liuli hesitated for a moment, then nodded and said, "Okay."
Li Molin shook his head and said no more. He turned to look at Shi Chan, but after only a short while, Shi Chan was already struggling under the siege of many people.
Among the four humans and one demon who besieged Shi Chan, Yu Xin and Lang Yuan were at a similar level to him, while the other three were only slightly lower in cultivation. Furthermore, Yu Ke, Ji Jue, and Lang Yuan had all brought out their divine artifacts.
Therefore, even though Shi Chan was protected by the Seven Treasures Kasaya, he was still being beaten back step by step and could hardly defend himself, looking quite disheveled.
Liuli shifted her gaze from Li Molin to Shi Chan, just as she saw a giant axe, accompanied by a whooshing sound, crashing down on Shi Chan's head. At that moment, her heart skipped a beat, and her brows furrowed.
Shi Chan hastily retreated, dodging the blow of the giant axe. However, twelve blood-red, fan-shaped blades swarmed towards his back. Because of his rapid retreat, the twelve blades struck him violently. Even though the golden light on his Seven Treasures Kasaya blocked the blows, Shi Chan still felt a piercing pain in his back, a pain that went straight to his heart.
Shi Chan gritted his teeth and suppressed his cry of pain. With a thought, the seven precious stones on his kasaya shot out and rushed towards his back, chasing after the direction in which the blood-red fan formed by the twelve sharp blades flew.
Ge Yiyuan grabbed the Sharp Blade Fan, and upon looking up, he saw a multitude of Seven Treasure Gems shooting towards him in a blur. He was startled and immediately moved to the left to avoid them. However, the gems seemed to have eyes, changing direction and continuing to relentlessly pursue him.
Ge Yiyuan quickly ran to the side, but no matter how many twists and turns he made, he couldn't escape the pursuit of the Seven Treasure Stones. Finally, he ran towards Liuli with strange cries, shouting as he ran, "Girl, save me, save me!"
Liu Li snorted coldly, and with a wave of her hand, a large barrier of demonic light formed behind Ge Yiyuan.
Ge Yiyuan was finally able to catch his breath. He gasped for air, his face contorted in pain, and said, "Huff, huff, it's like it has eyes..."
After being blocked by the black barrier, the Seven Treasure Stones did not move forward. Instead, they turned around and flew back. On their way back to the kasaya, they scattered and haphazardly smashed into Yu Xin and the others who were besieging Shi Chan.
Yu Xin and the other two, along with the demon, all dodged away, unwilling to let their physical bodies collide with the extremely fast-moving gemstone.
Shi Chan had a moment of respite, but instead of fleeing, he looked at Liuli from afar and pleaded, "Miss, please allow me to speak with you for a few minutes. Afterwards, I am willing to be killed by you and will never fight back!"
Liuli remained unmoved and coldly said, "Kill him!"
After Yu Xin and the other two, along with the demon, dodged, all the Seven Treasure Stones flew back to Shi Chan's cassock. They then advanced again and attacked Shi Chan without hesitation.
A gleaming white wolf fang swiftly pierced towards Shi Chan's brow, its sharp point emitting a cold, eerie light.
The swastika symbol on the Zen Pure Bead in Shi Chan's hand flashed, and a golden wheel the size of a human head appeared in front of the wolf fang, rotating to block its attack.
Wolf Fang's attack missed, and its momentum waned. Wolf Yuan raised his hand and sent Wolf Fang flying back, hovering and bobbing around him.
