Three days later, at Qingxu Mountain.
It was early September, late autumn, and the autumn wind was blowing with withered yellow leaves everywhere. Some of the yellow leaves were blown onto the cloud platform, and now they covered the entire platform.
Liuli stood silently in the center of the cloud platform, looking at the three characters "Yuntai Cave" on the huge stone gate. The wind blew the fallen leaves past her feet, gently brushing against her instep.
Ge Yiyuan and Yu Xin wandered around with curiosity on their faces. The two of them were leaning against the jade railing, looking down at the bottomless abyss below, marveling at it.
It was dusk, and the dim light shone on the jade railing, reflecting a faint glow.
Yu Xin stroked the jade railing, feeling its warmth to the touch. She exclaimed, "Ge Yiyuan, this railing is a wonderful thing! Why don't we take it apart and bring it with us?"
Upon hearing this, Ge Yiyuan looked at the fence and scoffed, "It's a good thing, but what's the use? Why take it apart?"
"What's the use?" Yu Xin smiled and said, "It can be used to polish jade bracelets and pendants, and it can be carved into flowers to be inlaid on hairpins and hair ornaments. It has many uses!"
Ge Yiyuan scoffed, "Who cares about those things? If you want them, take them apart yourself. I'm not helping you!"
"Hmph!" Yu Xin frowned and said, "Ge Yiyuan, no wonder no woman can be attracted to you. You have no manners at all, making this delicate young lady do such rough work? Hurry up and help me take it down!"
"I, no!" Ge Yiyuan made a face at Yu Xin, then turned and ran away.
Yu Xin immediately chased after him, threatening as she did so, "Are you going to take it down or not? Are you going to take it down or not? If you don't help me take it down, I won't let you off the hook!"
Ge Yiyuan turned around and glanced at Yu Xin, teasingly saying, "Come on then, what are you talking about? Let's see if you can catch me first! But I bet you can't catch me!"
"You!" Yu Xin was furious.
Liuli frowned and shook her head as she listened to the two arguing.
Yu Xin and Ge Yiyuan ran back and forth around the cloud platform. Seeing that Yu Xin was about to catch up, Ge Yiyuan cried out in alarm and rushed towards Liuli, circling her and using her as a shield to block Yu Xin. As he circled, he kept yelling, "Miss, save me! Save me!"
Yu Xin kept reaching out to hit Ge Yiyuan, but he blocked them all with the glass as a shield. Yu Xin got annoyed and laughed, "Ge Yiyuan, you idiot, you even know how to use a girl to block me?"
Liuli felt a little dizzy from being turned around by the two of them. She shook her head helplessly and shouted, "Enough, stop!"
Seeing that Liuli was angry, Ge Yiyuan dared not use Liuli to block Yu Xin any longer. After thinking for a moment, he turned and ran away. Seeing this, Yu Xin quickly bypassed Liuli and chased after him.
“You two…” Liuli looked at the two chasing and laughing figures. She originally wanted to stop them, but after hesitating for a while, she shook her head and sighed softly, “Never mind, let them be.”
She looked up at the sky; it was almost dusk. Just then, out of the corner of her eye, she caught a glimpse of a blue light rapidly approaching from afar, arriving in an instant.
The blue light seemed to have spotted Liuli and the others on the cloud platform. It suddenly stopped about a hundred feet away from the platform and hesitated for a while before flying over.
After the blue light dissipated on the cloud platform, the figure of a tall man appeared. The man looked at Liuli with a puzzled expression and frowned, saying, "Why is it you? Where is Junior Brother Yuan?"
Upon hearing the noise, Ge Yiyuan stopped and looked at Yu Xing curiously, but Yu Xin did not stop. She ran to Ge Yiyuan in a few steps and slapped him hard on the head.
Ge Yiyuan winced in pain, clutching his head and groaning in pain.
After that slap, Yu Xin calmed down and turned to look at Yu Xing with curiosity.
Liuli said calmly to Yu Xing, "I asked Yuan Huafu to send you the message."
"What do you want with me?" Yu Xing stared at Liu Li warily.
Liuli smiled gently and said leisurely, "Just as the letter said, I have a way for you to bring down Liang Yihan in one fell swoop."
Yu Xing's eyes flickered, and he was instantly captivated. He lowered his gaze, a thoughtful expression on his face. He thought about how Liang Yihan had gone to great lengths to capture Liuli and almost killed her. She must hate Liang Yihan intensely. Perhaps she really did have a way and genuinely wanted to tell him.
Thinking this, he looked up at Liuli and asked in a low voice, "What method?"
Liuli said calmly, "You've heard about the Bodhi Temple's recent ant-poison attack that killed nearly half of its people, haven't you?"
"I've heard about it," Yu Xing nodded in response.
Liuli gave a mocking smile and said, "If I told you that I had Liang Yihan put those ant-like Gu on Pure Land Mountain, would you believe me?"
"What?!" Yu Xing exclaimed in surprise, hesitatingly asking, "Such a thing actually happened?"
Liuli chuckled and continued, "Moreover, a few days ago, Liang Yihan gave me two bottles of Thousand Poison Powder and the antidote in order to lure me into a trap. He also lured more than three hundred bald monks from the Buddhist sect to my side, and had me use the Thousand Poison Powder to poison them. After that, I killed more than one hundred of them.
