“Okay.” Liuli nodded and followed Xuanyuan Hao to the innermost part of the main hall with Yu Xin. Xuanyuan Hao sat in the main seat, and Liuli sat in the first chair below him. Yu Xin and Ge Yiyuan sat opposite her.
There were no palace maids attending to Xuanyuan Hao in his Jingxin Hall. He called out to the outside of the hall, and soon, palace maids filed in, pouring him and Liuli each a cup of hot tea and serving them delicious desserts. Afterwards, two palace maids remained standing behind Xuanyuan Hao, while the rest quietly left.
Xuan Yuanhao simply stared at Liuli, not even glancing at Yu Xin and Ge Yiyuan, as if the two of them didn't exist at all. Yu Xin, seeing Xuan Yuanhao's expression, exchanged a knowing look with Ge Yiyuan.
Xuanyuan Hao smiled and said to Liuli, "What brings you here to see me today, Miss?"
Liuli picked up her teacup, took a sip of hot tea, and said calmly, "I was passing by, so I came to see you."
Upon hearing Liuli's words, Yu Xin raised an eyebrow.
Xuan Yuanhao said with a smile, "Since you're here, why don't you have dinner before you leave? I'll have someone prepare a banquet. By the way, how about we set up the banquet on the Moon-Viewing Terrace? Although it's a bit cold now, we can still enjoy the moon."
"Moon-Viewing Terrace?" Liuli frowned slightly and pondered, "I still remember the Moon-Viewing Terrace..."
As she spoke, she turned to look at Xuan Yuanhao and smiled, "I just wonder if the 'Wan Yan Dance' is still available?"
As soon as Liuli finished speaking, Xuanyuan Hao smiled, and Liuli smiled as well, her smile containing a hint of nostalgia for the past.
Yu Xin and Ge Yiyuan looked at the human and the fox smiling at each other, and then exchanged a surprised glance at Liu Li's nostalgic smile.
