Liuli snapped out of her reverie, looked up at him, her gaze blank. She hesitated, wanting to ask him if, since he had said he loved her, he would be willing to take her away from the hustle and bustle of the world and live a secluded life in seclusion.
Seeing the hesitation on Liuli's face, Shichan opened his mouth, but didn't know what to say.
Suddenly, a dark figure descended rapidly from the sky. Li Molin appeared in the darkness, grabbed Liuli's arm, and pulled her back, far away from Shichan.
Li Molin glanced coldly at Shi Chan, then turned to Liu Li and said anxiously, "Liu Li, I've finally found you! Let's go see my father quickly! All the demon spirits in the city have disappeared; something must have happened to my father!"
Liuli turned to look at Li Molin's anxious face, then looked at Shi Chan. She suddenly wanted to ask him why he was able to break free from the control of that demon spirit earlier, but instead of running away, he protected her.

One smile was enough to capture her heart.
