Chapter 52: So you're bored?



“Here you are, Ms. Meng.” The producer handed his manuscript to Meng Wan, his expression still somewhat aggrieved.

Meng Wan took the seat and sat down next to the producer.

"Let's record it first."

With a single sentence from Meng Wan, He Tong and the producer began working, while Bai Liling and Meng Zhilian sat on the sofa where He Tong had been sitting and watched the three of them enter work mode.

He Tong and the producer have been working together for two years. They quickly exchanged sentences, while Meng Wan remained silent, quietly flipping through the manuscript and occasionally making notes on it.

The recording session was successfully completed in about half an hour.

"Alright, He Tong, you've worked hard. I didn't expect your singing skills to have improved after all this time."

"It's my old profession, after all, I can't forget my roots. Thank you for your hard work." He Tong took off his headphones and came out. His white t-shirt and denim shorts made him look very youthful.

"How is it, Miss?" He Tong asked.

"If you regress, then don't waste my piece."

"Your way of praising people is quite unique." Even so, He Tong still breathed a slight sigh of relief.

"By the way, who is this gentleman?"

"My third brother, Meng Zhilian, is also a new artist we're preparing to sign."

"So you didn't come specifically for me?" He Tong's words were tinged with disappointment, and his face showed a hint of grievance. If his fans saw this, they would definitely be chasing after him and shouting "Poor brother!" Unfortunately, there was only one fan here, Meng Zhilian, who didn't even look at his face.

As expected, Meng Wan glanced at him with a "what nonsense are you talking about" expression before turning her attention back to the sheet music.
