Chapter 290: Wizard Group

Of course, the most important point is that Luther has enough foundation to establish a wizard group.

Currently, there are a group of official wizards and more wizard apprentices in the White Eagle Territory.

The origins of these wizards are divided into two parts. One is the wizards previously supported by the lords. For example, the Barton family supported a junior wizard.

Although three of the five lords died in the assassination by the new party, the wizards were obviously good at escaping and all of them survived. After the Pompey family ruled the White Eagle Territory, some of these wizards came to the Golden City, while others continued to stay in the original city.

There were even more wizards who had fled from the north. Many of them were of commoner origin. But just as there were commoner knights who disliked the new party, there were also many wizards who disliked the new party.

So they fled from the New Party's controlled areas.

Luther has not systematically counted the number of wizards in the entire White Eagle Territory, but he believes that there are more than twenty official wizards and more than five times that number of wizard apprentices.

Perhaps there are intermediate wizards, or even advanced wizards.

Wizards are used to freedom, so they generally do not choose to serve the lord. Luther cannot force these wizards, but some wizards are willing to join the wizarding group.

Take Mr. Al, for example.

Now that Luther has four combat wizards including Mr. Al, if he recruits a few more wizards, he can form a super small wizard group.

It looks a bit pitiful, but there is nothing we can do. Even the cubs of red dragons are very weak, and they will only become the mighty red dragons that soar into the sky when they grow up.

Although the wizarding group is super small, as long as it develops well, it can become a powerful wizarding group.

So when Luther returned to the castle, he brought back Mr. El and sent someone to find Mayor Lelouch.

Three people sat in the living room to discuss this matter.

Luther first discussed his own ideas, and then said to Lelouch: "Mr. Mayor, I would like to ask you to mobilize the official departments in the White Eagle Territory to start recruiting and promoting the wizard group. Not only formal wizards, we will also recruit some wizard apprentices."

"Then when the wizarding group is established, I would like to invite you to be the leader." Luther looked at Mr. Al again.

This wizard, whose entire body is hidden in the wizard robe, has an extraordinary friendship with Luther, and Luther trusts him.

"I accept this position, but according to the laws of wizards, I also hope that I can get a corresponding salary." Mr. Al's voice was very low.

All wizards are like this. Friendship is friendship, but fairness is fairness.

Being the leader will require Al to consume a certain amount of energy, so naturally he must be rewarded accordingly.

"That's a given." Luther readily agreed. Lelouch also had no objection, as recruiting and promoting was a simple matter.

After the conversation, Luther personally escorted the two out of the castle. Then Luther planned to go back to the castle to continue thinking about the matter.

How to grow and develop.

Although Pompey is currently experiencing a lot of good things, Nazz Wilson and the Axe Knights will form two new knightly orders, especially the Axe Knights, whose combatants are quite reliable.

And Luther’s wizard group is also included in the plan.

But this force is too weak compared to the New Party, the Count of Libya, and the Duke of Ferger.

Luther is now like a mother who has just given birth to a child. The child is constantly breastfeeding, and his intelligence and physique are developing rapidly. He is lively and cute.

But Luther still hopes that the child will grow up faster.

Just as Luther turned back to the castle, he heard footsteps. Then Luther stopped and looked back at the castle gate.

"Hi, Luther." A handsome and charming young man walked towards Luther, and when he came to Luther, the two hugged each other.

Marshall, Williams.

A playboy.

After hugging, Luther looked at Marshall and sighed, "Damn it, seeing you reminds me of Newton. What on earth is that stubborn guy doing?"

This level of hiding is really fucking stupid.

"What's the matter with you coming to see me alone?" After talking about Newton, Luther asked curiously.

There were six friends, excluding Luther and Newton who was missing, and the remaining four got along very well and were usually inseparable.

"I asked them to come together, but they didn't come." Marshall shook his head.

"Why?" Luther was even more puzzled.

After eliminating the knight lords in the White Eagle Territory, Luther allowed the other members of the seven major families to survive in order to ensure the hereditary territories of the six families.

This was Luther's consideration out of humanity, because he regarded them as his friends and the contemporary knights as his elders.

Since there is no unhappiness among everyone, why didn't those three bastards come?

"I was going to ask you to train me to be a strong knight. But they are impatient to endure hardships." Marshall sighed.

Luther looked Marshall up and down as if he were looking at a rare animal.

This playboy actually has such an idea? Strange.

"People change, bastard. Don't look down on me, I'm the next generation of Knight Williams." Marshall was a little angry.

However, Marshall's expression fell, and he said, "It's mainly because I saw Newton had no power to resist last time and lost his right arm. Orange is in such chaos now. If something really happens, I hope I will have enough strength to protect the people I want to protect."

Marshall's voice became much deeper as he spoke.

People do change. Even the playboy Marshall Williams knows his responsibilities.

"I'll find someone to train you." Luther patted Marshall on the shoulder and said.

Just throw this guy into the Knights of the Battle Axe and let the Battle Axe Knights train him like hell, Luther thought.

How does a knight become strong? Through training and fighting.

"Luther, Miss Jenny is looking for you." Lily's voice suddenly rang out. Luther looked up and saw Lily lying on the window, yelling down.

Its short legs kept jumping around from time to time, and it looked restless at all.

"Got it." Luther shouted.

"Who is Miss Jenny? Your new girlfriend?" Marshall Williams turned into a playboy again, with a meaningful look on his face.

"An old witch." Luther rolled his eyes. This old witch rarely took the initiative to look for him, so there must be something fishy going on again.

"You're looking for an old witch as your girlfriend?" Marshall shuddered and looked at Luther in fear.

Oh my god, Luther is ruined.

"Asshole, stop thinking about it." Luther punched Marshall in the stomach, very hard.

"Oh, I'm throwing up, you bastard." Marshall bent over holding his stomach and actually vomited something.

"As a powerful knight, your physique is too weak. Just consider it as advance training for you." Luther looked at Marshall proudly, then entered the castle.

"Asshole, I'm going to beat you up sooner or later." Marshall looked at Luther's back in pain.

Luther gave him a middle finger without even turning his head.
