Zhou Yunjie returned to the rental house and found that it was indeed empty. Even the garbage had been cleaned up for her. It was a very clean place.

She had wanted to treat him to a meal, but changed her mind. Since she didn't have that intention, she didn't want to make him worry about her anymore.
The irritability in his heart became even worse. He remembered that Li Haorui had said before hanging up the phone that he would come to inspect the house. In order to avoid the embarrassment of meeting, Zhou Yunjie sent him the door password and left the rental house.
When she took the subway back to Junting, she remembered that she had left Junting's door card with her when she moved out of Chenyuan. She couldn't get in, so she had to stand at the door and wait.
Before she had stood there for a minute, a man came out of the property office and trotted towards her, "Ms. Zhou, right? Mr. Shen called. I'll take you in."
Zhou Yunjie was still wondering how he knew his identity, but when he saw him, he recognized him. This man was the property manager who was on duty the night he was soaked.
She nodded and followed the property manager into the park.
