But she did not back down; instead, she became even more determined to prove her worth through her actions.
She smiled slightly, her tone becoming even gentler: "I am not some rich young lady, and you are not refugees. I have nowhere to go now, and I hope you can take me in and face this extremely cold apocalypse together. I believe that no matter where we come from or what our past is like, we can be each other's support in this difficult time."
"Hehe, do you really want to rely on each other?" The young man looked Zhao Yuxuan up and down, his eyes flashing with ill intent.
"Brother Donglai, are you crazy? She came from the Tianyu Base!" A young man next to the youth tugged at his sleeve and warned him in a low voice.
