Gu Chu learned about the relationship between the two from Gao Shengwu's narration.
Gao Shenghua and Gao Shengwu are cousins. Gao Shenghua is the eldest grandson of the Gao family. Gao Shengwu's father was the eldest son of the Gao family. Because he was too honest, he married late and had Gao Shenghua when he was thirty-five. Gao Shenghua's father was the youngest son of the Gao family. He had Gao Shenghua when he was nineteen, which made him 10 years younger than Gao Shenghua.
Gao Shenghua is the eldest grandson in the family. He was pampered by the elders of the Gao family since childhood and had abundant learning resources. After saying goodbye to Qu Yang, Rong Shi borrowed a car from the Qu City Police Department and took Gu Chu and Gao Shengwu to Gaojia Village in Shanzha Town.
"Chu Chu, have you contacted that person since you came here?"
“I contacted her, but her phone was off. I suspect she was discovered and taken back. Oh, right, I'll call her brother.”
Gu Chu then called Wu Yan, who was at the hospital with An Xin.
An Xin was in a car accident.

"Mom! Let go." Gao Shengwu easily pushed his mother's hand away.
Then he shouted loudly inside, "Gao Shenghua, come out here! I want to fight you one-on-one!"

Rong Shi and Gu Chu entered the Gao family home and began searching for people separately.
"Yanran! Wu Yanran!" Gu Chu called out softly.
Gu Chu?
It's Gu Chu's voice!
Gu Chu is here!!
Wu Yanran, locked in the woodshed, froze, and after confirming she hadn't misheard, she shouted:
"Gu Chu! I'm here!"
Gu Chu quickly found the woodshed and shouted outside, "Rong Shi! We've found him!"
Seeing Wu Yanran covered in injuries and with a swollen face, Gu Chu felt a mix of emotions and didn't know what to say.
"Can you walk?" Gu Chu asked.
Wu Yanran's face contorted in pain: "No, my leg is broken."
Gu Chu looked at Rong Shi who came in: "Rong Shi, thank you for your help."
Rong Shi immediately understood and nodded, "Mm."
Wu Yanran looked at the handsome man in front of her with curiosity: "Who is he?"
“He is my husband,” Gu Chu introduced.
"I apologize for the offense." Rong Shi said, then bent down and picked up Wu Yanran.
Although he was very unwilling, Gu Chu said he could only help, and he could clean it up afterwards if necessary.
The three walked out of the gate. Gao Shenghua's mother was shocked to see Rong Shi carrying Wu Yanran: "Who are you people! What do you want?"
Wu Yanran glared angrily at Gao Shenghua and shouted, "Gao Shenghua, you bastard! Domestic abuser! I want a divorce!!"
"You bitch, how dare you insult me!" Gao Shenghua tried to hit Wu Yanran, but Rong Shi kicked him away.
Gao Shengwu suddenly shouted, "Grandpa and Grandma, they are my cousin's family. Gao Shenghua abused my cousin's wife. They have come to take her home!"
