When Su Wan returned to her hotel room, Shen Baiyan was nowhere to be found, and even his belongings were gone.
Su Wan packed her luggage and prepared to leave the hotel. As she passed through the lobby, the lobby manager called her over.
"Ms. Su, here are some things Mr. Shen asked us to give you. The driver to the airport has been arranged and is waiting for you at the door."
Su Wan took the envelope from the manager: "Thank you!"

Wu Yan explained, "Wanwan, the hospital arranged for me to come to Country D for further training. Are you alone?"
Su Wan nodded: "Mm."
The girl smiled and said, "Wu Yan, aren't you going to introduce him?"
Wu Yan said, seemingly jokingly, "Su Wan, my childhood sweetheart."
The girl's face stiffened, and Su Wan immediately understood.
He hurriedly explained, "Don't listen to his nonsense, we've been neighbors since we were kids."
Upon hearing this, the girl smiled and said, "Hello, I'm An Xin, Wu Yan's suitor."
She reached out her hand to Su Wan as she spoke.
"Miss An, it's a pleasure to meet you!" Su Wan shook hands with her.
"You're too kind. I'm older than you. If you think too highly of me, just call me 'Sister Anxin'," Anxin said with a smile.
"Don't mention it. Who would dare to look down on someone as outstanding as Sister Anxin?" Su Wan said politely.
An Xin was very outgoing: "Wanwan, it's not safe for you to be alone. If you don't mind, come and stay with me. I happen to be staying in a suite."
Su Wan didn't refuse: "That's great! Sister An Xin, when are you going back to China?"
An Xin said, "I'll be going back in three days."
Su Wan thought for a moment and said, "Then I'll wait for you to go back together."
An Xin smiled and said, "Great! I couldn't be happier."
Changing the subject, An Xin asked, "Wanwan, have you been busy these past few days?"
Su Wan asked in confusion, "It's nothing, what's wrong?"
An Xin smiled and said, "Since we're here, let's take a good look around the sights of D country."
"No, there's nothing worth seeing, and besides, I wouldn't dare wander around alone," Su Wan said with a smile.
An Xin smiled and looked at Wu Yan: "Ayan, isn't Lu Beichuan going to visit various famous historical sites tomorrow? Wouldn't it be good to have company if you go with him last night?"
Wu Yan did not answer, and Su Wan refused: "No, I'll wait for you at the hotel."
Wu Yan then spoke up: "It's boring staying in the hotel. I'll tell him in a bit that Lu Beichuan is my classmate, and it's safe to be with him."

"Trust me and come with me."
“You are Brother Wu’s classmate, so I believe you.”
The two drove around the capital of country D, visiting various tourist attractions.
Su Wan's mood was lifted by the new scenery, and she put the bad memories behind her. The two of them had a great time all day.
On their way back in the afternoon, the two encountered people begging on the road.
In country D, begging on the road is a profession, and most drivers who are stopped will give a few coins to get rid of the problem.
However, Su Wan also noticed that Lu Beichuan's identity was different from others.
Although the two of them had played all day, she could feel that someone was following them.
At first, she also thought that someone was following them, but Lu Beichuan's reaction didn't seem to indicate that. It wasn't until later that she realized that the group of people were not following them, but protecting them.
