Fortunately, the distance was far enough, otherwise she would have thought that Rong Shi had heard what she had just said.

Their first stop was a men's clothing store.

"You choose for yourself, I don't know anything about this," Gu Chu said, then looked down and started playing on her phone.
Rong Shi picked out a casual outfit and changed into it.
He looked at himself in the mirror, then turned to Gu Chu, wanting her to give him her opinion, but found that Gu Chu was looking down at her phone the whole time.
"This is the set. Could you please give me a bag?"
Rong Shi took the bag, tidied up the military uniform he had changed out of, and put it inside.

The two then went to a women's clothing store. Gu Chu selected a few items to try on, and feeling very satisfied, she prepared to pay.
Rong Shi opened his phone and scanned the code to pay before she could.
"Your card is still with me," Gu Chu reminded her.
Rong Shi glanced at her: "You didn't use it either."
Gu Chu said, "I have money."
Rong Shi retorted, "That's yours."
Gu Chu: "..."
Just then, Gu Chu's phone rang.
It was Ye Sinan calling her; she had been looking down and chatting with him.
