Chapter 3 Glasses?

It's just a regular pair of glasses, the kind you can find in any optical shop on the street.

Frustrated by his initial excitement, Han Ming tossed the glasses back into the small box, plopped down, and sighed deeply. It seemed they must have been cargo that had fallen from the plane.

But upon closer inspection, something seemed off, so I took a picture of the small box with my phone.

The metal surface gleamed with a unique cool light under the phone's flash. The box was brand new, with no signs of wear or tear on its edges or corners.

Something's not right. Even if something falls from a plane, from 10,000 meters high, and hits a steel frame, how come there aren't any signs of impact?

Han Ming was immediately suspicious, but when he opened the box again, there was still that ordinary pair of glasses inside.

"Why don't you try it on?"

Han Ming muttered to himself.

He is not nearsighted and never wears glasses. Except for wearing sunglasses to look cool when going out in the summer, glasses are unnecessary for him.

But now, facing these glasses, he actually had the urge to try them on.

They completely forgot the fact that even if they wore glasses, they could hardly see anything in this pitch-black workshop.

But reality often proves us wrong, and Han Ming gently put his glasses on.

As a result, he was proven wrong—no, to be precise, his face was pinched and he was blinded by the blaze.

The moment those ordinary glasses were placed on Han Ming's nose and ears, Han Ming sensed something was wrong.

A sudden sharp pain shot through my nose and ears, like being pricked by needles. Then, a bright light flashed before my eyes, and countless words and progress bars appeared.

"DNA helix structure detection results match."

"Blood type test results match."

"Skin texture detection results match."

"The facial scan results are consistent."

"The results of the in vivo genetic disease test match."

......

What are all these? Are they for playing games? Or are they gaming glasses? And there are more? Is this never going to end?

Han Ming was bewildered by the strings of text and data, while also feeling somewhat nervous.

"External environment scan: Ambient temperature 34 degrees Celsius."

"Air Pollution Index (PAPI) reading: 700, off the charts, extremely dangerous."

"If the ambient visual brightness is below the standard, visual assistance will be automatically activated."

Han Ming was suddenly struck by a bright light. Everything he could see was just like daytime. If it weren't for the fact that he could still see darkness outside the frame of his glasses, he would have thought it was already dawn.

"A divine artifact!"

Han Ming shouted excitedly.

Han Ming was fairly certain that this was a high-tech product that had fallen from the sky.

But he was also puzzled as to what the initial human body matching data detection in the glasses meant.

And these glasses are amazing for their night vision function, and the display of the displayed data is so natural.

For example, when Han Ming looks at an old-fashioned machine tool below, all sorts of data about the machine tool immediately appear in his eyes.

The amazing thing is that he didn't need to read the data word by word; it was as if it was directly written into his brain.

If you want to see it, the text data appears immediately; if you don't want to see it, the text becomes very faint and almost invisible.

"Has alien technology become this advanced?!" Han Ming exclaimed in genuine admiration. "It's truly unbelievable."
