Chapter 34 Liu Debao

Han Mingchao glanced at Dong Xiaolu, shook his head, and the group returned to the hotel.

Han Ming asked Zhuang Yan why he had come downstairs by himself. Zhuang Yan replied that he had been playing games in his room after Han Ming and the others left.

But soon he heard arguing in the corridor. Curious, he opened the door and saw a short man and a fat man who looked like the boss pulling at each other.

It was probably too noisy, and some guests complained. Later, several hotel security guards came and pulled the short man away.

Seeing that there was nothing else to do, Zhuang Yan went back inside to continue playing his game. After a while, he got a little bored, so he stood by the window and looked at the scenery of Dongning City.

Because the hotel's exterior walls are curtain wall structures and the windows have a relatively small opening range, he leaned out to look down, wanting to experience the visual feeling of looking down from the seventeenth floor.

Just by looking around, I noticed someone sitting not far from the hotel entrance.

There was a cardboard sign on the ground, and the figure looked somewhat like the short man from the corridor earlier.

Driven by curiosity, Zhuang Yan locked the door and went downstairs to take a look, but Han Ming and the others returned after only a short while.

Han Ming listened to Zhuang Yan's words but didn't say anything. Actually, he was in a hurry to go upstairs to finish what he and Dong Xiaolu hadn't done yet.

As the group entered the hotel lobby, several people rushed out and nearly bumped into Dong Xiaolu.

Han Ming was a little annoyed, thinking to himself, "Are you in such a hurry to be reincarnated? Why are you running so fast?"

I stopped and looked back, wanting to see what those people who rushed out in such a hurry were doing.

Through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the hall, I saw those people run to the spot where Zhuangyan had been watching the commotion, push aside the onlookers, and start beating the man sitting on the ground.

After being hit like that, Han Ming, who hadn't believed the debt collection poster just moments before, now believed what the poster had written.

If it weren't true, would there be any need to have someone beat up the other party? Therefore, what's written on that cardboard sign must be the truth.

Han Ming stood there and looked around. He felt that the short man who had been beaten looked familiar, but he couldn't remember who it was.

Anyway, no one else can see his magical artifact, so Han Ming activated his glasses, zoomed in, and lo and behold, something's up.

As the saying goes, you won't know until you see it, and once you do, trouble ensues. Who is that short man who got beaten up?

It turns out he was Han Ming's college classmate, Liu Debao.

Han Ming thought to himself, no wonder the figure looked familiar earlier. It turned out to be Liu Debao, his good friend who had been in the same class and dormitory with him for four years in college.

Didn't that guy say he worked for some multinational internet company? Why is he now setting up big-character posters to demand payment?

At this moment, Han Ming didn't have time to think too much. He could ignore the other people, but this Liu Debao was someone he had known for four years, someone he had lived, ate, and played with.

The three great bonds in life are, as they say, fighting together, doing other things together, and studying together.

Upon recognizing Liu Debao, Han Ming rushed over. Seeing that Brother Ming had gone, Zhuang Yan also became very enthusiastic and darted out, seemingly even faster than Han Ming.

Han Ming used the same old trick, delivering a "Xiaqiao Han Ming Kick" to a guy who was kicking Liu Debao with his back to him, sending him flying into a flower bed.

Zhuang Yan, who had run to the fighting circle before Han Ming, immediately switched from his original stance of trying to break up the fight to using his fists and feet to fight when he saw that Han Ming had already started.

Han Ming took a look and thought, "Good lad, he's got some real skills. He can switch seamlessly, too."

There were three people kicking and hitting Liu Debao. One of them had already been kicked into the flower bed by Han Ming, and the other two were no match for Zhuang Yan either, and they were all knocked down in a few moves.

The two men lying on the ground didn't say much, turning to look at Han Ming and Zhuang Yan.

Zhuang Yan, in particular, was very skilled and powerful in every move. Knowing that he couldn't gain any advantage, he gritted his teeth, got up, helped his companion in the flowerbed, and left.

The guy Han Ming kicked into the flowerbed was only focused on holding his face and crying out in pain. Han Ming thought to himself, "I kicked your waist and butt, not your face. You've got the wrong place to hold your hand."

Later, when I looked at the flowerbed, I realized that the kid's face had probably been scratched by a branch.

Zhao Lihua and Dong Xiaolu also ran over at this time.

When Han Ming and Zhuang Yan rushed over, they hadn't even realized what was happening yet. But when they saw the movement over there, they hurriedly ran over as well.

Zhao Lihua went over to check on Zhuang Yan, and seeing that her son was alright, she started scolding him for fighting.

Dong Xiaolu looked at Han Ming with concern to see if he was hurt. Han Ming gave Dong Xiaolu a "everything's OK" sign, which earned him a glare from his girlfriend.
