The meat, even after three hours of low-temperature baking, remains perfectly cooked, displaying a beautiful pink hue when cut, a truly remarkable achievement. The sauce, made with 1977 rum, liquorice, and taro, leaves a subtle aftertaste.

The seafood main course was mackerel with chanterelle mushrooms and butterbur. Both mackerel and butterbur are only available in winter. Japanese people often call mackerel "sakura mackerel," signaling the approach of spring.

The sauce is made with crushed, expensive chanterelle mushrooms, and orange peel is added for a fresh flavor. The three-hour roasting process makes the fish skin incredibly crispy, which, combined with the perfectly soft, slightly raw fish, creates a soft yet crispy texture with a rich flavor.

The last part is the strawberry cake with rose scent.

It also uses the method of deconstructing traditional desserts, placing strawberries and cream in a more important position than sponge cake.

The strawberries are filled with rosewater candies. They're so soft and smooth, you'll want to chew them.

Xu Qirou was dancing with joy while eating the whole time, and her expression of enjoyment made Su Bai like the system crazily!
