Chapter 135 The Wedding Night

Ji Yun hugged her from behind and watched her play games.

Soon, Yuexi slammed her mouse down and said irritably, "You're affecting me. Otherwise, I definitely wouldn't be dead. You damn mushroom, just you wait."

Then he continued searching for mushrooms in the grass, and after being blown up and left with low health, he sheepishly ran back to replenish his health before coming out again.

"Garen, are you in elementary school?"

Yuexi turned her head and asked, "Why does he think I'm a child?"

Then she typed in voice message, "I'm not a primary school student, I'm eighteen years old."

Ji Yun suppressed a laugh: "They're just complimenting you on how young you look. Next time they ask you that, just say thank you for the compliment. You're still a primary school student."

"Okay, I understand."

Yuexi continued to venture into the Dragon Pit alone, then her screen went black, and she was eventually wiped out in one fell swoop.

"Ahhh, it's all your fault, you touched me like that, please stop hugging me."

Then she started the second game, this time playing as the little mushroom.

Seeing this, Ji Yun gave her an idea: "You can steal the tower. Although the little mushroom has short legs, it runs very fast and can also become invisible. If no one is around, just steal the tower. Anyway, you won't fight."

Yuexi's eyes lit up; she thought it made a lot of sense.

A few minutes later, after being ganked twice, she got a little angry: "My teammates didn't warn me when the jungler came; they just don't know how to play."

Ji Yun was playing on his phone and chatting with Qin Nanzi when he heard this. He looked up and said, "After you reach level six, you can plant a few mushrooms for vision."

A dozen minutes later, Ji Yun checked her stats. Very good, she actually got three kills, not bad at all.

"Wow, our mage is amazing, he can take on five opponents at once."

Indeed, it proves that having a great teammate can turn the tide and carry the team to victory.

After finishing the last game and winning, she prepared to find some snacks to eat.

Yuexi was about to get up when Ji Yun held her tightly, and the two then became intimate on the sofa for a while.

Ji Yun asked, "Would you like some candy?"

"You lustful bastard, all you think about is these things!"

They used to take showers, but now neither of them does.

By the end of the month, the water bill might not be much.

After all, they are cultivators, so they don't need to take baths.

The fire phoenix was cultivating on the artificial hill, and there happened to be a spirit stone below it, so the spiritual energy was sufficient.

The next day, some relatives came.

"This house is really nice," my uncle said, looking at the small villa.

Looking at the house's grand yet simple layout, the cousin's mother sighed, "Xiaoyun is rich now. Building this house must have cost one or two million. She's really rich. Our three-story house only cost four or five hundred thousand. It's not as grand as hers."

My uncle said, "Isn't that obvious? My family lives in an ordinary apartment building, but this is a villa. Just that one pane of glass probably costs 100,000."

The children played everywhere on the beach, while their younger brother, Ji Liao, kept an eye on them to prevent anyone from running into the water.

My second aunt's whole family came.

Uncle held Ji Yun's hand and said, "Your cousin probably can't be cured. I'll find a way to pay back your money slowly."

My second aunt sat to the side, her face full of sorrow, covering her face.

These days have been incredibly difficult for the couple. The thought of their young child suffering so much pain is heartbreaking for them as parents.

Ji Yun calmly said, "I have a prescription from an old Chinese medicine doctor. I had a classmate who had the same illness before and was eventually cured. I even wrote down this prescription back then."

At this moment, everyone's eyes were on Ji Yun. Even Ji's mother couldn't help but say, "Yun'er, is it true? This is not something to joke about."

My uncle also said, "Yes, your aunt's family is devastated right now, they can't afford to joke around. What exactly is the prescription?"

Second Aunt: "We have no other choice now. Every time we have chemotherapy, watching our child get thinner and thinner is truly unbearable."

Ji Yun took out a packet of what looked like Chinese medicinal herbs from the room and handed it to her second aunt.

"Take it back and simmer it over low heat for two hours, then give it to my cousin to try. I can't guarantee it will work, but let's just hope for the best."

Ji Yun walked over, patted his little cousin's bald head, and whispered a few words of comfort.

At this moment, village chief Zhang Dabiao rode up on his motorcycle, bringing gifts.

"Oh, Mr. Ji is getting married! Although he didn't invite me, our village's development depends on him, so how could I not come? Happy wedding!"

Zhang Dabiao congratulated Ji Yun.

"Village chief, you're too kind. Please come and have a meal."

Ji Yun responded with a smile, and then invited him to have a meal together.

Uncle clinked glasses with Ji Yun and said, "Xiao Yun, now that you have money, you should take care of us relatives too."

My aunt chimed in, "I heard you invested so much money in developing the village. With so much money, there are so many things you could do with it. Even just putting it in the bank and living off the interest would last you a lifetime. Right now, my family is struggling..."

A large group of people, each with a different expression, watched them chatter on and on.

Ji Yun said, "I can lend it to you. We'll draw up an IOU. No interest required. It's one million, and you can pay it back in ten years."

That's quite generous. Even though his money came from thin air, he shouldn't lend it out indiscriminately. Even close brothers should keep clear accounts.

My cousin's mother laughed and said, "We're all relatives, how could we not pay back the money? We promise to pay it all back in ten years."

"If that doesn't work, go to the bank to borrow money. I don't want to talk about those shady things today. If you think it's okay, talk to my brother. Don't come to me with anything related to money."

Ji Yun drank a glass of wine and then got up. These things were unavoidable, and he didn't want them to spoil his mood.

The others chatted and drank until evening.

After everyone else left, only the two of them remained in the house.
