Found the person?

Found the person?

He came by car in a hurry, without even locking the car door.

The two of them were sitting in the car. Song Yu laughed at the door that he had just opened by pulling it, but he couldn't laugh anymore after a few laughs. He turned his head to look out the window, his knuckles pressed against his lips, bitten until they turned white.

A hand reached out and gently turned her face. The hand with two deep teeth marks was pinched to see if there were any wounds. Then he took out a wet towel and bent down to wipe her hands one by one.

He didn't ask her why she did this, but just did everything he could in silence.

"Does it hurt?" Xu Qiao looked up at her, not knowing whether he was asking about her wound or something else.

Song Yu just stared at him without saying anything, her eyes were red and her face was pale. She pulled her hand back, held the back of the man's neck, lowered her head and kissed him.

Without any movement, he just obediently tilted his head back and closed his eyes, letting Song Yu wreak havoc on his wet lips, seeking his comfort.

He gently hooked Song Yu's tongue and led it into his mouth, letting the tongue lick his warm mouth in a disorderly and wanton manner. Finally, the two tongues intertwined gently and dependently, becoming inseparable.

The thin white fingers with teeth marks shuttled through the man's short hair. With the stimulation between the lips, the fingertips curled up uncontrollably and grabbed a hand full of black hair.

When they separated, a thin silver thread was connected between their lips. Xu Qiao leaned forward and kissed the corner of Song Yu's lips carefully, whispering, "Can you come to my house? I'm worried about you being alone."

Song Yu leaned against his forehead and blinked slowly, "Okay."

When they arrived at Xu Qiao's house, it was already getting dark. She had been there once before and remembered that it was not far from her community.

"Do you live alone?" Song Yu asked belatedly, "If you live with your parents, I'd better go back to my own home."

"I live alone."

Song Yu felt a little relieved, "Do your parents come here often?"

Xu Qiao opened the door and got out of the car. He walked around to the other side, opened the passenger door, and extended a hand to her, "It's okay, get out."

Perhaps she didn't hear it, she thought, then got out of the car and followed him into the elevator.

The two of them stood in the elevator, and Xu Qiao asked her on his phone, "What do you want to eat for dinner?"

Song Yu looked down and saw that it was the supermarket's shopping app. The page was full of unprocessed ingredients. She was stunned and looked up and asked, "Do you want to cook it yourself? It's not that troublesome, just order takeout."

“Takeout is unhealthy.”

Seeing that he was really insistent, Song Yu didn't say anything more, "I'm fine with either."

This was her second time visiting Xu Qiao's home. Last time, she rushed him to the hospital because he was sick, and she didn't have time to observe him carefully. Now, when she stepped in again, she found that his home was so simple.

The house is not big, just right for one person to live in. The furniture consists of only the necessary things: a cold grey sofa, snow-white walls, and vertical striped wooden floors. The only thing that can be called interesting in the whole room is the robot vacuum cleaner that keeps bumping into her feet.

She lowered her head and looked at it silently, not moving, just standing there until a hand picked it up and placed it in the charging base station next to it. "Why are you standing there?"

He asked Song Yu to sit down and squatted beside her legs to check the wound on her knee. There was also a large piece of gauze on her forehead. As he looked at her, he sighed inaudibly in his heart. It had only been less than eight hours since he left and she was injured again. He couldn't let her out of his sight for even a second.

So when the vegetables arrived, Xu Qiao carried them into the kitchen, and Song Yu was also carried in with the vegetables.

In order to prevent the oil from splashing on her, we placed a small stool and a game console outside the door so that she could sit outside and play games.

It could be said to be the method of looking after a child, but Song Yu didn't say anything. He just sat on the small bench outside the door and played games quietly while waiting for him.

In order to facilitate the dressing change on her knee, she wore a pair of five-point light-colored jeans today, revealing her fair and slender calves. She simply wore a white T-shirt on her upper body, and her black and smooth hair was scattered on her shoulders. She frowned slightly and stared at the screen of the game console very seriously, looking troubled.

Xu Qiao felt that she was no different from the kitten downstairs who couldn't catch any fish. He thought she was playing some difficult game, so he pushed the door open and looked down. She was playing a fruit-cutting game.

“…”

"Hmm?" Song Yu glanced at the stove in the kitchen over him. "Is it ready?"

"Not yet." Xu Qiao took a look and said, "If you are sleepy, go to sleep first. I will call you later." She just yawned several times.

"It's okay." Song Yu shook her head. She really needed to stay by Xu Qiao's side right now, even if she didn't have to do anything.

The food was quickly served on the table. It was a few home-cooked meals, and Song Yu ate them with great relish. She rarely ate these dishes since she didn't cook. After drinking a bowl of hot soup at just the right temperature, the warmth permeated her whole body.

After dinner, the two sat on the sofa not far apart. Xu Qiao randomly found a movie to watch. The room was dark, and in order to create the atmosphere for the movie, only a floor-standing warm lamp was left on.

It was a comedy movie, and the people in it were laughing and making noises, which was very lively. In contrast, their side was unusually quiet.

Xu Qiao turned to look at Song Yu. She was leaning back on the sofa with a pillow in her arms, looking straight ahead. It was difficult to see the expression on her face. One could only see the rough outline of her face and her sparkling eyes moving with the screen.

He had a lot of questions he wanted to ask, but he couldn't bring himself to ask anything.

After quietly watching an entire comedy movie, when the white words on a black background began to scroll on the big screen, Xu Qiao turned his head, stood up and turned off the TV, then walked to the side of the person who had fallen asleep quietly on the sofa.

He stared at her sleeping face silently for a while, then gently took off the slippers on her feet, put his arm under her neck, and the sleeping person rolled into his arms due to inertia. He picked her up and carefully moved her to the bed which was already covered with sheets.

In order to avoid waking her up, the lights in the room were not on. Xu Qiao sat on the edge of the bed, looking at her in the bright moonlight coming in from the window. He used his hand to push aside the hair that was slightly blocking her face, and gently stroked the side of her face with his fingertips a few times. After a long time, he finally got up, closed the door and went out.

He went to the study and turned on the desk lamp above the desk. The warm yellow light sprinkled down. He took out a piece of A4 paper, thought for a while and then began to write.

When he was almost done, he looked up and saw someone standing at the door. She was wearing the T-shirt he had given her as pajamas. The T-shirt hung loosely on her body, making her look very thin. She smoothed her hair and looked a little dazed. "What are you doing?"

He put what he had written into the drawer, stood up and walked over. "I didn't do anything, why did you wake up suddenly? Why don't you sleep for a while?"

"I have to go."

Xu Qiao paused, then smiled and said, "What's wrong?"

"...I'm here, won't it disturb you?" Song Yu asked him while leaning against the wall.

"It's okay, I won't bother you."

Song Yu interrupted what he was about to say, leaned close to his face and asked him, "Xu Qiao, I said I'm leaving, why are you so sad?"

He opened his mouth to speak, but was suddenly stopped by lips pressed against him. After kissing for a while, Song Yuwei closed his eyes and panted, patting Xu Qiao's face lightly. "Okay, don't look so sad. Your bed is too hard. I can't sleep."

His voice trailed off again, "...I'll come back tomorrow."

Xu Qiao's heart instantly settled down. He looked at her and asked, "How long will it take for me to pick you up tomorrow?"

Song Yu thought for a moment, "...Come in the afternoon, I need to sleep in the morning."

"good."

So they agreed that the next day, the day after... for almost a week, Song Yu spent the daytime at Xu Qiao's house. They didn't go out very often, and at most they stayed at home, reading books, watching movies, shopping in the supermarket, playing games, and kissing from time to time. After dinner, they would take a walk to Song Yu's community, and then Xu Qiao would go back by himself.

During this period, Song Yu was so comfortable that he almost didn't think about anything. Song Qixing didn't know whether he was shocked by what Xu Qiao said in the hospital or what, but the phone never rang again.

Yaya will take the college entrance examination next year, so this summer vacation is crucial. She will have to stay in school for a month to make up for the lessons, so Song Yu will be able to arrange everything for her during this time.

One day, she was studying the puzzle she had bought yesterday when the phone next to her rang. She picked it up and asked, "Hello?"

"You're not home now? Where are you?" It was Lan Lin's voice. "I came to play with you."

"......" Song Yu looked around and said in silence for a while, "Wait for me, I'll be back soon."

After saying that, he put down the puzzle in his hand and was about to leave. Xu Qiao heard the noise and came out of the room and asked, "What's wrong?"

"Lan Lin came to see me, I have to go back. I'll come to you to get the puzzle on the table when I'm free." Song Yu left in a hurry, leaving Xu Qiao no time to say anything.

He turned to look at the puzzle they had bought yesterday on the table. Most of it was already completed, with the remaining pieces scattered around, as if the owner might come back at any time.

When Song Yu arrived at her door, breathless, Lan Lin had been squatting there playing with his phone for 10 minutes, holding a large durian in his hand. He looked up at her angrily, then froze, stood up and walked over to her. "No, it's been so long since I last saw you. How did you get so many injuries?"

"Didn't you say it was just a bump on your knee? It wasn't serious?" Lan Lin asked in surprise. "What's wrong with your forehead?"

In fact, the wounds on her knees and forehead have already scabbed over, but there is no sign of them falling off yet. It looks a bit scary when they are placed across her forehead.

"Well." Song Yu touched his forehead, "It's a long story."

While waiting for Song Yu to open the door, Lan Lin kept honking behind him, "I'm telling you, I'm exhausted carrying this durian all the way here. The driver just rolled his eyes at me in the car. I sealed it in a bag, but who knew the smell would still come out? I didn't mean to do that."

"You came to my house just to eat durian?" Song Yu asked puzzledly.

Lan Lin: "Of course not, I'm here to give you good news."

"What?"

"I just went to the store to get my film developed, and I asked about yours. They said your film has been developed, but the result still doesn't seem ideal. But at least there are some human figures. They should be able to send it to you soon, so remember to take a look."
