Chapter 11 You Are Mine

Chapter 11 You Are Mine

For a moment, the cool air seemed to freeze inside and outside the car windows.

As the car slowly came to a stop in front of the apartment building, Wen Yu's breathing became increasingly labored.

She wanted to escape.

Escape from here, go anywhere.

On the left, Zhou Yingchen silently occupies all the space; on the right, Zhou Shiye is aggressive and ruthless.

Wen Yu had nowhere to escape and was at a loss.

My heart was pounding in my chest.

Wen Yu gripped the corner of her skirt tightly, her body stiff.

Zhou Shiye, standing outside the car window, had already stubbed out his cigarette and casually flicked the butt into a trash can a few steps away.

The man's movements were unrestrained yet elegant, with only a barely perceptible hint of irritation in his eyes.

Then, Zhou Shiye straightened up, put his hands in his trouser pockets, and walked step by step to the car window where Wen Yu was.

He stood still for a moment, gave the bewildered Wen Yu a cold glance, then went around to the other side, leaned down, and knocked on the car window on Zhou Yingchen's side.

The car window slowly rolled down.

Zhou Shiye's gaze swept meaningfully over Zhou Yingchen, glancing at Wen Yu's pale face. It lingered for half a second on her lips, which were gradually losing their color, before turning back to Zhou Yingchen, a smile that was not very genuine.

"elder brother,"

Zhou Shiye's nonchalant voice was tinged with laziness, but his upturned peach blossom eyes were sharp and cold. "What a coincidence, personally escorting your sister... back?"

Zhou Shiye emphasized the word "younger sister" with extra force.

This property was purchased privately by Zhou Shiye, and it offers excellent privacy.

But Wen Yu brazenly brought Zhou Yingchen here, encroaching on his territory.

Zhou Shiye was displeased.

He was seething with anger, and a cold smile curled at the corner of his mouth.

Zhou Yingchen's expression remained unchanged, and he didn't even twitch his eyebrows.

He raised his eyes slightly and met Zhou Shiye's gaze.

The man's deep eyes were like an ancient, cold pool, calm yet unfathomable, seemingly capable of easily swallowing up all probing and sharpness.

After a moment, Zhou Yingchen replied in a calm tone: "There's a banquet, bring her along to make an appearance."

Zhou Yingchen glanced at the sleek sports car behind Zhou Shiye, his eyes showing no emotion whatsoever.

"Have you finished dealing with things at the law firm?"

Zhou Shiye raised an eyebrow.

This action added a touch of unruliness to his handsome, almost sinister face.

"It's nothing."

Zhou Shiye then looked at Wen Yu, who was a little further away, and teased, "Aren't you getting out of the car? Are you waiting for my brother to carry you down?"

"Tokino,"

Zhou Yingchen's voice turned serious: "Don't talk nonsense."

Zhou Shiye shrugged: "I was wrong. My little sister is too big for me to carry her."

"Come down by yourself, little sister..."

When she was called "little sister" again, Wen Yu panicked and went to open the car door.

Her hands trembled nervously, her fingertips were icy cold, and she tried twice before finally managing to push open the car door.

The moment his feet touched the ground, Zhou Yingchen's unhurried voice came from behind him.

No rush.

Zhou Yingchen's deep voice was calm and even, yet carried an undeniable power: "It's still early, I'll take her upstairs."

Assistant Chen opened the car door, and Zhou Yingchen slowly got out, standing in front of Zhou Shiye with an imposing air.

"You've just finished your work, go home and rest early."

Upon hearing this, Zhou Shiye's nonchalant expression vanished, and he tightened his grip on his hands, which were tucked into his pockets.

He smirked, "No need to trouble you, brother. I need to talk to her about something."

"What's up?"

Zhou Yingchen asked in a natural tone.

Zhou Shiye paused for a moment.

After a long while, his prominent Adam's apple bobbed, and he let out a short, snicker: "A little private matter concerning my 'sister'."

Before he could finish speaking, Zhou Shiye met Zhou Yingchen's gaze with a defiant look.

Zhou Yingchen glanced back casually.

He was a bit taller than Zhou Shiye, and the well-tailored black suit made his broad shoulders and narrow waist look even more upright.

Before long, the aura of authority that the man had cultivated over the years suppressed the sharp, outward pressure emanating from Zhou Shiye.

"Since you need to see her,"

Zhou Yingchen's voice was devoid of emotion, but the way he looked down at Zhou Shiye was filled with a condescending scrutiny: "Then let's go up together. I also want to hear about my sister's private affairs."

Zhou Shiye: "..."

Beside her, Wen Yu looked at the two men standing side by side outside the car, her heart pounding as if it would burst out of her chest.

This bizarre situation sent chills down her spine; an unprecedented coldness shot from the soles of her feet straight to the top of her head.

She wanted to escape.

I want to escape from here.

Zhou Shiye stared at Zhou Yingchen, his jawline taut.

After a while, he lowered his eyelashes to conceal the sinister look in his eyes.

When he looked up again, Zhou Shiye smiled slightly, but the smile didn't reach his eyes: "Okay."

If you listen carefully, you can hear that Zhou Shiye's laughter is dry, containing a suppressed irritability.

He turned around first and strode towards the apartment door.

Zhou Yingchen then turned to the side and extended his hand to Wen Yu: "Aren't you leaving?"

Wen Yu trembled as she placed her icy hand in Zhou Yingchen's palm.

The man's warm, dry palm enveloped her cold hand, and a wave of heat washed over her.

Wen Yu tried to pull her hand away again, but it was too late.

Zhou Yingchen took Wen Yu's hand and led her towards the apartment.

Wen Yu was petite and had to quicken her pace to keep up with Zhou Yingchen's.

Fortunately, Zhou Yingshen released Wen Yu's hand before entering the elevator.

The three of them silently entered the elevator together.

The cramped space was so oppressive that it was hard to breathe.

Zhou Yingchen stood in the middle, with Wen Yu and Zhou Shiye on his left and right respectively.

Wen Yu pressed herself against the elevator, trying to minimize her presence.

When the elevator reached the top floor, Zhou Shiye was the first to step out, took out his room card, and swiped it to open the apartment door.

He didn't go in, but leaned against the door frame, looking at Zhou Yingchen with a gloomy expression.

Zhou Yingchen's gaze lingered on Zhou Shiye's displeased face for a moment before turning to look at Wen Yu.

Get some rest.

Zhou Yingchen spoke in a calm tone, but a deep and complex emotion flashed across his deep eyes, too fleeting to be grasped.

After saying this, Zhou Yingchen actually turned around and walked back into the elevator.

The elevator doors slowly closed, and the elevator descended.

Wen Yu was taken aback.

She hadn't expected Zhou Yingchen to leave so decisively.

Zhou Shiye was also visibly surprised.

He frowned, staring at the closed elevator doors, his eyes filled with doubt and confusion.

Then, as if he had thought of something, Zhou Shiye strode over to the small balcony not far from the elevator.

His face immediately darkened.

The black Bentley downstairs hadn't left at all; it was still parked there quietly.

Zhou Yingchen leaned back in his chair, his profile appearing even more hard and cold in the dim light.

He casually flipped through the documents with one hand and tapped the edge of the car window with the other, exuding an air of complete control.

"Oh."

Zhou Shiye was so angry he laughed.

He turned around and walked a few steps to Wen Yu, who was still standing blankly at the door with a pale face.

"What does it mean that he's waiting downstairs?"

Zhou Shiye's voice was icy, each word deliberate and clear: "Don't you trust me? Or... don't you trust yourself?"

Hearing Zhou Shiye's undisguised sarcasm, Wen Yu's heart tightened.

"I...I don't know..."

"you do not know?"

Zhou Shiye sneered and grabbed Wen Yu's wrist, the force of which made her cry out in pain.

But Zhou Shiye didn't care. He forcefully dragged her into the apartment and slammed the door shut with a loud "bang".

At the same time, he pinned Wen Yu tightly against the cold door, his tall figure looming over her dangerously.

"What exactly does he want? Huh? Waiting downstairs at the apartment I arranged for you in the middle of the night? Who does he think he is?!"

"Wen Yu, I didn't expect you to be so bold as to bring him here?"

Besides this reason, Zhou Shiye really couldn't think of any other reason why Zhou Yingchen was here.

Zhou Shiye leaned down, his warm breath, carrying the scent of tobacco, sprayed onto Wen Yu's face, but it only made her feel a bone-chilling cold.

"What? No, no, I don't know either..."

Wen Yu was completely stunned. She opened her mouth to try to explain, but in her panic, it was as if something was blocking her throat, and she couldn't make a clear sound.

“Wen Yu,”

Zhou Shiye's patience ran out. He forcefully grabbed Wen Yu's chin, forcing her to tilt her head back. His extremely angry voice was almost squeezed out of his throat.

"From today onwards, you are not allowed to see him alone without my permission. I will not allow it, do you hear me?"

Zhou Shiye growled, his voice hoarse and distorted from being too suppressed.

But as soon as he said it, even he paused for a moment.

Are they forbidden from seeing Zhou Yingchen?

How is that possible?

That's his brother, the head of the Zhou family, and one of Wen Yu's rightful guardians.

If Zhou Yingchen wanted to, he could find countless reasonable reasons to see her.

But this awareness that it was impossible and that he couldn't truly stop it made Zhou Shiye even more irritable.

"Damn it."

Zhou Shiye cursed under his breath.

Then he leaned down and fiercely sealed Wen Yu's lips with his.

His domineering and forceful biting and sucking was like a wild beast marking its possession, with a passion to destroy everything.

The kiss continued until a faint taste of rust filled both of their mouths. Wen Yu's struggling hands were pinned against the door by the man, rendering her unable to move and forcing her to passively endure the painful and humiliating kiss.

After an unknown amount of time, Zhou Shiye released Wen Yu, panting.

Looking at her swollen lips and her frightened, tearful eyes, a hint of annoyance flashed across Zhou Shiye's complex eyes.

But more often, it is obscure and somber, bordering on obsessive.

A moment later, Zhou Shiye released Wen Yu, opened the door, and slammed it shut without looking back.

Wen Yu slid down the door panel and sat on the ground, panting heavily.

Her lips ached, tears streamed down her face silently, and her body trembled uncontrollably.

A minute later, Wen Yu climbed to the window and cautiously looked down.

Zhou Shiye walked straight to Zhou Yingchen's car and knocked on the window.

The car window was rolled down completely, and the two men looked at each other.

The distance was too far for Wen Yu to see their expressions clearly, but she could see that Zhou Shiye said something and Zhou Yingchen nodded.

Zhou Shiye turned and walked to his sports car, started the engine, and the car roared away.

A few seconds later, Zhou Yingchen's car also slowly started, and the two cars disappeared into the night one after the other.

They've all left.

They've all finally left.

Wen Yu let out a long sigh of relief, her tense nerves finally relaxing.

She dragged her tired body to wash up and collapsed onto the bed.

Before falling into a deep sleep, Wen Yu suddenly remembered what Gu Muqing had said to her.

"It's okay, I'll wait for you to think about it slowly."

"When you've made up your mind, come to my house anytime. I have a large studio where we can create to our hearts' content."

perhaps……

Wen Yu gripped the blanket tightly.

After an unknown amount of time, Wen Yu fell into a deep sleep.

Even in her sleep, her brows were furrowed and could not be relaxed.

In a daze, the mattress behind me quietly sank.

A familiar yet distinctly present, crisp scent approached.

Immediately afterwards, a strong arm wrapped around Wen Yu's waist, pulling her back and locking her firmly into a warm and solid embrace.

Wen Yu hummed incoherently.

The familiar scent frightened her, and she instinctively fled.

But the force from behind was too great, and Wen Yu couldn't break free.

In the darkness, the man's lips pressed against Wen Yu's nape.

At first, it was a gentle touch, then the pressure gradually increased.

Warm breath sprayed onto her sensitive skin.

His kisses slowly traveled down her spine, igniting hidden flames wherever they touched.

The shoulder strap of her nightgown was gently pulled down, and the cool air touched her exposed skin. Wen Yu shivered from the cold and involuntarily moved closer to the heat source.

The man's kiss grew more passionate.

He left wet marks on her neck and bare shoulder blades, sometimes gently sucking, sometimes grinding them with the tip of his teeth.

Wen Yu unconsciously tilted her head back, letting his lips linger on hers. Her breathing became rapid, and her body trembled under his control.

Their clothes were half off, and their skin was pressed together.

In the throes of passion, the man's burning lips pressed against Wen Yu's earlobe, his deep, husky voice carrying an undeniable possessiveness.

"You are mine."
