Yun wanted to close her eyes. She turned her head and blocked the light with her hand. It was Cheng Che's cell phone flashlight.
"Grandpa, I checked and the power is out outside." Cheng Che said to Cheng Zhenhua.
Cheng Zhenhua sighed, "Then you two should go back early."
"Grandpa, can you do it yourself?" Yun wanted to ask him.
Cheng Zhenhua: "Okay, go back."
Yun Xiang was about to say something when something furry suddenly stuck to his leg. Yun Xiang shuddered all over and was startled.
She quickly hugged Cheng Che and said nervously, "Cheng Che, there's something under my feet!"
Cheng Che hugged Yun Xiang back and pulled her behind him. He pointed the flashlight downwards. Wasn't that the tabby cat from Grandpa's house?
"It's okay, it's grandpa's cat." Cheng Che turned his head to look at Yun Xiang.
Yun Xiang's face turned pale.
After all, when the power is out, it's easy to get scared when you're nervous. Not to mention a furry thing suddenly sticking to your leg...
Cheng Che held Yun Xiang's hand and said to Cheng Zhenhua, "Grandpa, I'm going to take Xiang Xiang away first. Be careful on your own. Call me if anything happens."
"Okay, let's go." Cheng Zhenhua saw them out.
The dinner at my grandfather's house ended with a power outage.
The alley was pitch black, and it seemed as if there was no end in sight.
Yun Xiang stuck close to Cheng Che, who held a flashlight and looked at her from time to time.
Cowardly.
"So scared?" he asked.
Yun thought: "Afraid."
Cheng Che smiled lightly and asked her deliberately, "So you still want to move out alone? What will you do when I'm not around?"
Yun Xiang lowered his head and whispered, "Then I'll call you and ask you to come accompany me."
Hearing the sound, Cheng Che moved his lips.
He licked his lips, looked into the distance, feeling the warmth of the clouds wanting to hug him tightly, then lowered his head and smiled.
"Aren't you afraid that I won't go?"
