His voice trailed off as he spoke, and after trying to put himself in her shoes, he became so anxious he was practically jumping up and down.
"What am I going to do! Even though we have short lifespans, we can still live for at least seven or eight years! Ugh! Why am I so unlucky!"
Wu Hua covered her ears because she found it noisy, but Qin Luo interrupted her.

Qin Luo rolled her eyes at it and retorted without backing down, "I call this 'discretion is the better part of valor'!"
Ignoring their commotion, the old man stepped forward, first ruffling Wu Hua's hair, then handing him a stack of talismans.
Then he said, "This is a gift for you, specially made to suppress the soul that is about to become an evil spirit. You will find it useful!"
Wu Hua glanced at Qin Luo's bracelet and then sensed the old man's aura.
Then she reached out to him: "Hug!"
The old man accepted it with a smile.
"Let this body also absorb your spiritual energy, so that I may live a few more decades!"
Wu Hua hugged him and nodded: "Yes!"
Then, a wisp of life force entered the old man's body, but unexpectedly, the old man immediately stopped it.

This time, the old man didn't call her shameless; instead, he nodded and explained.

After he finished speaking, Qin Luo immediately thought of the unlucky guy Fan Xing had mentioned.
"Feiyi! It's in a terrible state!"
