Night fell like a giant black silk ribbon, gently covering the entire village.
Every house was brightly lit, with only a few households still having smoke rising from their chimneys.
I guess they finished work late and went home late, so dinner was late too.
Filled with anticipation for bringing his wife and daughter home the next day, Yu Chengyuan strolled over to Li the carpenter's house again to inquire about the progress of the bed.

He knew that his younger brother had been waiting for this day all this time!

Yu Chengyuan chuckled foolishly, his joy was obvious even to a blind man.
"Then I won't sleep here tonight."
I'll sleep with Dad, and my older sister will sleep with Mom.
Yu Pingan smiled and made the arrangements.

I thought to myself that once the new house is built, everyone will have their own independent space. For now, I can only make do with what I have.
Just then, the eldest sister, Yu Xiangcao, walked into the room with light steps and happened to hear those words.
With a smile, she said, "Little brother, you should sleep in your own room. Parents can sleep in their own."
"Big sister, where will you sleep then?"
