Outside Nandou City,
Shi Jin was leading several clansmen back to Nandou City, looking distressed.
"If this continues, our Shi family will truly find it impossible to move an inch in the Eastern Region..."

He looked at the lingering smoke from the battle in the direction of the Shi family's residence, and his heart skipped a beat!
As they drew nearer, his expression changed drastically!
The entire Shi family...
It's gone!?
Now all that's left is ashes?

The tribesmen behind him were even more dumbfounded, staring in disbelief at the scene before them!
The once large family,
Now all the buildings seem to have vanished into thin air!

"Father!!" Shi Yufei saw that Shi Jin's eyes, which were already swollen from crying, showed a hint of joy after he had escaped the calamity while out. She quickly stepped forward and hugged him!
I thought everyone was dead, including my father!

This eased some of her overwhelming despair!

Shi Jin immediately became anxious, shoved Shi Yufei aside, and roared as she questioned her, her eyes bloodshot!
Seeing Shi Jin in such a state of disarray,
“Su Ze… Su Ze has no intention of reconciling with me. I begged him, I humbled myself and went to see him many times, but he wouldn’t even look at me. Before, I even wanted to beg him again, but… but he used the imperial decree as the young master of the imperial clan to have his protector order the death of the Shi family, and then… and then…”
Shi Yufei looked terrified and stammered as she spoke, her body trembling more and more as she spoke!
