Chapter Fifty-One: Unforgettable



"You mean Chen Tai'a, right?"

Ye Mujiu said.

Zhou Mu's crying stopped. He looked up, his eyes blurry with tears, and said, "You know everything?"

“Lu Shan told me,” Ye Mujiu said calmly. “Actually, you shouldn’t have kept it from me.”

"I don't want you to leave. I know I'm being selfish, but I..."

"Love is inherently selfish, isn't it?" Ye Mujiu suddenly said seriously.

She smiled slightly, reached out her hand, and wiped away Zhou Mu's tears.

Their eyes met, and sparks hissed as they looked at each other.

Zhou Mu's throat moved, and a strange emotion flickered in his eyes.

"You haven't slept all night, so don't think about doing anything bad. Get some rest and take care of yourself."

Ye Mujiu saw through Zhou Mu's intentions, instinctively hugged herself, and said timidly.

Zhou Mu chuckled, his laughter tinged with tears, and said, "Okay, time to sleep."

He reached out and hugged Ye Mujiu, then the two wrapped themselves up together and fell onto the bed.

"ah!"

Ye Mujiu exclaimed in surprise.

Before the last words were finished, Zhou Mu swallowed them all.

Three poles in the sun.

Zhou Mu got up looking like he had eaten and drunk his fill.

Ye Mujiu was still fast asleep, and Zhou Mu didn't have the heart to disturb her, so he got dressed and went out. He ran into Lu Shan at the door.

Lu Shan was peering inside.

Seeing the door slowly open and Zhou Mu walk out, he stopped, looking at him with disdain, and said, "I was worried about you guys, and what do you do? You're doing something inappropriate for children again."
