“What’s wrong with that? It’s you who should wash him, that’s the wrong thing to do,” Qin Susu said firmly.
"Get out!" Gu Xiaoran's face turned pale as she looked at Qin Susu with displeasure.
"You brat, how dare you talk to your godmother like that?" Qin Susu could see Gu Xiaoran's resistance to her.
She didn't care at all; the little girl was holding a grudge against him.
After thinking for a moment, she looked at Zhu Juan.
“Your young master doesn’t have any clothes to wear yet. We can’t let him soak in the bathtub naked forever. Zhu Juan, you and Xuanming Xuanying go out first and buy your young master some clothes that fit. I’ll watch over him and give him a bath when you come back.”
Zhu Juan: "But the water will be cold by then. Let's wash first and then lie in bed. I can do the shopping by myself."
"No," Qin Susu shook her head.
"Youzhou City is a mixed bag, Zhu Juan, I'm worried about you being a young lady. It would be better if Xuanming and Xuanying went with you."
"Hurry up, we need to get going this afternoon. We'll have Xuanming and Xuanying add some more hot water later."
Gu Xiaoran listened to Qin Susu's words and silently nodded.
"Okay." Zhu Juan felt that Qin Susu's words made some sense.
Xuanming and Xuanying thought so too; it wouldn't be right to have no clothes to wear after taking a bath.
The three of them unanimously decided that Xuan Ying would stay to bathe the young master, while Xuan Ming would go out with Zhu Juan to buy clothes.
but,
"You go with Zhu Juan and the others. Remember, make sure you buy good, warm clothes. Look how cold Yu'er is."
Qin Susu became interested and pushed Xuan Ying out of the house with both hands, making sure to close the door behind her.
Why aren't you going out?
Gu Xiaoran blushed, and he huddled tightly under the covers.
"They're all gone, so who will bathe you now?" Qin Susu smiled gently.
"I want my mother to take a bath."
"Your mother doesn't have time to talk to you right now."
"No, Mother, help me!" Gu Xiaoran pulled the blanket over herself even tighter.
Qin Susu smiled kindly.
She walked step by step to the bedside, sat on the edge of the bed, and forcibly pulled off the quilt, revealing Gu Xiaoran's small body covered only by her undergarments.
Gu Xiaoran wanted to cry but had no tears.
"Aunt Susu, Yu'er wants to take a bath by herself."
"With your skinny arms and legs, what if you drown?" Qin Susu asked with great interest.
"I'm not that stupid," Gu Xiaoran muttered softly.
A slight mistake,
In just a few moves
His upper body was stripped naked, leaving him only in his pants.
Gu Xiaoran quickly wrapped herself in the blanket again.
"Godmother, godmother, Yu'er doesn't like anyone to be with her when she takes a bath."
"Hey Yu'er, you're just a little kid, not a teenage girl. Are you shy or something?"
Qin Susu was pleased to be called "godmother," and her eyebrows curved into a smile.
But once again, the quilt was forcibly torn off.
Gu Xiaoran's body was exposed once again.
"My dear Yu'er, when you grow up, remember how good your godmother is to you."
While laughing, she quickly started to pull down Gu Xiaoran's pants.
But then there was a splash.
Gu Xiaoran had already jumped into the bathtub.
"Yu'er, you're really fast! Even your godmother can't keep up with you." Qin Susu said, already close to the edge of the bathtub.
"Get out! Get out now!" Gu Xiaoran said, her face pale, while splashing water out of the bucket.
In an instant, Qin Susu's entire body and face were covered in bathwater.
"You bastard, Gu Xiaoyu!"
Qin Susu gritted her teeth and said, "You'll have clothes to change into later, but your godmother won't."
She waved the water off her face, but it just splashed out.
Gu Xiaoran took a water ladle and splashed it all over her.
Suddenly, Qin Susu was soaked to the bone, her clothes clinging to her body.
