Song Tingzhi didn't come back until late at night. Jiang Cheng heard the noise and went out with a candle to take a look.
"Why did you come back so late? Are you okay?" Jiang Cheng looked at Song Tingzhi in the candlelight and was relieved to see that nothing was wrong.
"It's okay. There's a lot of prey on the mountain, so we stayed a little longer. Look, we've got quite a lot!" Song Tingzhi pointed at the prey on the ground. "It just so happens that we didn't agree to the thing that Madam Tang introduced to Qianqian. We might as well give her some later. After all, we've troubled her, haven't we?"
"That's true!" Jiang Cheng nodded.
Seeing Song Tingzhi sweating profusely, Jiang Cheng asked him to take a shower. He put the prey away first and then went into the house to wait for Song Tingzhi.
Song Tingzhi took a shower in the yard, shook himself clean and went into the house. He saw Jiang Cheng lying on the bed. He looked around and found that Doudou was not in the room. He had some thoughts in his mind.
Song Tingzhi lay down beside Jiang Cheng, hugged him and was about to make some movements when Jiang Cheng suddenly slapped his hand.
"Go to sleep! You've been tired all day!" Jiang Cheng had no idea what Song Tingzhi was thinking, but Song Tingzhi had been climbing the mountain for so long and was tired. Jiang Cheng felt sorry for him and stayed away from him.
Song Tingzhi was not annoyed by Jiang Cheng's behavior. He went over and hugged Jiang Cheng to sleep.
Jiang Cheng stayed at home for another two days and then planned to go back to town with Song Tingzhi and Song Qian.
"You've only been here for a few days, and you're going back? How about staying a few more days?" Xu Sanniang hugged Doudou, wanting Jiang Cheng and the others to stay at home for a few more days.
"Mom, I can't stay any longer. Madam Tang is still waiting for news. I have to go back and tell her, right?" Jiang Cheng took Doudou from Xu Sanniang's arms and said.
"That's right! Okay! I'll go to the town to see you in a few days!" said Xu Sanniang.
"Okay!" Jiang Cheng nodded, and then said to Song Yu, "Brother Chengcheng is going back. Remember what he told you before, did you hear me?"
Jiang Cheng tapped Song Yu's little head, and Song Yu covered his head and nodded vigorously.
Xu Sanniang was listening in confusion and asked curiously, "What's going on? Is there anything I can't bear to hear?"
"It's okay. This is a little secret between Xiaoyu and me. Don't ask about it, Mom!" Jiang Cheng got in the car and waved to Xu Sanniang and the others. "Mom, we're leaving first. Take care!"
"Slow down!" Xu Sanniang followed the donkey cart for a while and then stopped. She watched Song Tingzhi and the others slowly walk away. When she turned back to look for Song Yu, she couldn't find him.
"This bastard!" Xu Sanniang muttered as she walked back.
When Song Yu saw Jiang Cheng and the others leave, he ran to the mountain to find Zhang Jinyou. After the weather got hot, Zhang Jinyou basically wandered around in the mountains, picking some medicinal herbs and wild vegetables, and then took them to sell nearby.
"Ayou!" Song Yu saw Zhang Jinyou digging wild vegetables from a distance and ran over to find him.
"Slow down!" Zhang Jinyou raised his head when he heard the noise and saw Song Yu running towards him. He stood up, wiped his hands, and went to meet Song Yu.
Song Yu ran to Zhang Jinyou and bent down to rest.
"Drink something!" Zhang Jinyou handed the water bag he brought to Song Yu. Song Yu took two big gulps before he recovered.
"What's going on?" Zhang Jinyou asked.
"I'm telling you, Chengcheng...Brother Chengcheng knows about us!" Song Yu said breathlessly.
"What's going on between us?" Song Yu's words were so misleading that Zhang Jinyou looked confused.
"Oh, it's about how we know each other!" Song Yu found a place to sit down and mumbled to Zhang Jinyou everything Jiang Cheng had said to him before.
"I thought it was something serious. Then go meet my aunt! I'm not something shameful, what is there to be afraid of!" Zhang Jinyou pretended to be calm on the surface, but he was looking forward to it in his heart!
He had wanted to go to Song Yu's house for a long time, but Song Yu had been stopping him. Although Zhang Jinyou was only thirteen years old, he understood what he should understand, and he also knew that it was better to strike first!
"Do you think so too?" Song Yu asked.
"I'm looking at you!" Zhang Jinyou didn't dare to speak in the face of Song Yu's question. He listened to Song Yu and whatever Song Yu said was what he did!

After Song Tingzhi and his friends arrived in the town, Jiang Cheng got out of the car and immediately took Song Qian to Mingyue Lane to find Mrs. Tang.
After meeting Madam Tang, Jiang Cheng tactfully told her what Xu Sanniang had said, and Madam Tang was not angry after hearing it.
Being a matchmaker is not something that can be accomplished just by talking. Besides, Mrs. Tang was no longer angry when she saw Jiang Cheng's good attitude.
Mrs. Tang failed to accomplish this good deed, and planned to help Song Qian find another partner later.
Jiang Cheng was very happy to hear what Mrs. Tang said and agreed without hesitation.
Jiang Cheng chatted with Mrs. Tang for a while and then left. He put the prey he brought on the ground, said a few words to Song Qian, and then went back.
Mrs. Tang was a little embarrassed to accept it at first, but Jiang Cheng said that Song Qian's marriage was still relying on her, and Mrs. Tang was coaxed by Jiang Cheng and smiled happily, so she accepted it.
Jiang Cheng and Song Qian waved and left.
