The largest gang in Shuangfengling was called Jinguazhai. Initially, it consisted of only a dozen or so members, but it slowly snowballed in size.
From a dozen people, to dozens of people, to hundreds of people, and then to thousands of people.
It is a bit like the Liangshan Marsh in "Water Margin" - not only does it have a base, but it also has a rough program, outstanding leaders, a large number of minions who depend on them, and the people who are swept along.
Shuangfengling is located at the junction of Jieling Mountain and Huaiyu Mountain, and belongs to Qingzhou.
The mountains are high and the forests are dense, the roads are dangerous, and banditry is rampant.
There were originally more than 20 gangs of varying sizes on Shuangfengling. However, after several fights and gang-on-gang violence, only three remained.
They are Jinguazhai, Kuangdao Gang and Nianzidong respectively.
Among them, Jinguazhai is the largest bandit gang among the three. The eldest leader Duan Jinguazhai, the second in command Song Baihu, and the third in command Liu Mugen were originally bandits. Their subordinates were involved in countless deaths and were all cruel and ruthless.
The Mad Blade Gang is composed of the remnants of defeated soldiers, basically all of them are old veterans. After losing the battle and losing the city, they were too lazy to go back to the army to be punished, so they gathered in the mountains and became bandits.
Nianzidong was occupied by some farmers who became bandits during the off-season and worked the land during the busy season. The bandit den was also located at the foot of Shuangfengling.
As soon as there was any sign of government troops suppressing bandits, they would disperse back to the village, pick up hoes and become honest farmers.
These three gangs gradually annexed and eliminated other large and small gangs in the mountains, and were considered the final winners in the battle.
The reason why they did not continue fighting was that the strength of the three families had reached a delicate balance.
It snowed heavily today, so it's not suitable for traveling.
But Duan Jingua, the leader of Jinguazhai, sent his minions to send invitations to Chu Xiucheng, the leader of the Kuangdao Gang, and Niu Dali, the boss of Nianzi Cave, inviting them to go up the mountain to watch the ceremony.
Chu Xiucheng and Niu Dali took the invitation and thought about it for a while.
Chu Xiucheng could recognize a few words and understood what was written on the invitation; Niu Dali could not recognize a single word and almost dropped the invitation after receiving it.
Both of them were puzzled: Duan Jingua was just like them, a rough guy, so why did he think of sending out invitations?
Fortunately, there were a few literate people around them, and after asking the messenger in detail, they learned that it was Duan Jingua who was getting married!
No wonder, this rough guy has changed his personality!
Chu Xiucheng and Niu Dali saw that Duan Jingua was going to make trouble, but they were willing to cooperate with him after just a few laughs and scoldings. The main thing was to see what Duan Jinggua was up to.
Is he really going to marry a wife, or is he setting a trap for me to fall into?
After all, for these bandits, not to mention being a groom every night, it is a piece of cake for them to change their wives every now and then, right?
Why would it be so fussy to announce to the world that you're getting married?
Both of them brought their trusted confidants with good skills and two jars of wine as gifts and went to Jinguazhai.
When we arrived at the place, we saw that Jinguazhai was decorated with lights and red everywhere, and it actually looked like a wedding was about to take place.
The two of them couldn't help but marvel at it.
When they met the two people who were about to get married, Chu Xiucheng and Niu Dali immediately understood what was going on.
Duan Jingua, the head of the village, wanted to marry a young woman who had just joined the village. She was pretty and tender, and very attractive. Just looking at her appearance, you can understand why Duan Jingua was so confused.
What's more, it is said that this young lady is the fourth in command of Jinguazhai.
