Chapter 1331 Biting Stopper 32
Molai tidied up the rooms in the dilapidated house closest to the elves, making it a temporary place to stay.
The cook has already begun preparing the day's food.
Mo Lai looked in the mirror and carefully wiped the dust off his face.
They deliberately avoided the bloodstains.
He changed into clean clothes and paced back and forth in the room.
Finally, I developed a thick skin and went out.
There was a knock on the door, and all four of them turned to look.
Song Jinhuan asked curiously, "Have you eaten?"
Melinda: "No way, that fast?"
Betty guessed, "Perhaps a meeting needs to be held."
Alma had already reached the door. "Why say so much? Just look and you'll know."
As soon as the door opened, a tall figure blocked the entrance.
"Hello, I'm looking for Miss Jenny," Morley said with a polite smile to Alma.
Alma turned to the side. "Jenny, she's looking for you."
Song Jinhuan's face flushed slightly. Amidst the teasing glances of her friends, she quickly walked to the door, subconsciously pushing Mo Lai back, and turned to say, "I'll be right back."
Alma closed the door and said to Betty and Melinda, "Dating isn't bad either."
Betty: "It's boring."
Melinda said longingly, "I want to try! If I can meet someone like that!"
As dusk fell, Mo Lai led Song Jinhuan forward, their heads covered. Occasionally, they encountered a few orcs, but they simply nodded calmly.
Song Jinhuan followed slowly behind, and after walking for a long time, she asked, "Mr. Mo Lai, where are you taking me?"
Molai turned his head and stared at her intently without saying a word.
Song Jinhuan approached, looked up, and silently wondered.
Molai couldn't calmly meet the elf's direct gaze; the restlessness deep within him began to stir again.
He leaned down and brought his face closer.
Song Jinhuan's gaze lingered on the bloodstain for a few seconds.
Mo Lai's lips curled up slightly.
However, the little elf's words ultimately disappointed him.
“Mr. Morley, you can speak frankly.” Song Jinhuan truly didn’t understand.
Mo Lai pursed his lips and pointed to his cheek, saying, "Miss Jenny, look."
"I'm injured."
Song Jinhuan's gaze fell on it again, and the corner of her mouth twitched slightly. "But it looks like it has healed."
Molai lowered his eyelids. "Miss Jenny, I'm bleeding."
Song Jinhuan: "It's already dried."
Morley felt that he must have done something wrong!
He asked himself what he wanted.
The answer is obvious.
"Miss Jenny, don't you feel sorry for me?"
He popped out his animal ears, which drooped down, looking utterly pathetic.
A few sins flashed through Song Jinhuan's mind. She raised her hand and gently stroked his beast ears, saying softly, "Mr. Mo Lai, I just didn't know that such a small wound would require such tenderness."
A hint of accusation flickered in the silver-haired man's eyes.
Song Jinhuan changed the subject, "However, I know now."
She clutched her chest, feigning concern: "Mr. Morley is injured. It's so heartbreaking."
Very exaggerated acting.
Molai was unusually silent, but the thought that this minute and a half was Miss Jenny's special appearance for him comforted him!
He stuffed the prepared handkerchief into Song Jinhuan's hand, "Since you feel sorry for me, then wipe it for me."
The handkerchief felt damp in my hand.
Song Jinhuan immediately understood his little scheme; so that's what he was waiting for!
The bloodstain was only about the length of a finger and was quickly wiped dry; moreover, the wound did indeed heal.
No new blood droplets appeared.
"All done." Song Jinhuan stuffed the handkerchief back into her pocket.
